Coconut Office is a peaceful sanctuary a 10 minute walk to the beach and some cute restaurants. The apartment was perfect, nicely furnished, very clean, and had all the necessities provided for a comfortable month's long stay. Coconut Office definitely felt like home. It also has a nice co-working office with great views. Most importantly, Rosalia and Morten are amazing hosts, who were always there for recommendations, insight on local events, and anything you could possibly need. I greatly appreciated all their hospitality and kindness! La Curva, the apartment I stayed in, is perfectly located at the back of the property facing the forest. Plenty of privacy from the road and other apartments. And most of all, from the comfort of the porch that is always shaded and has a ceiling fan thoughtfully installed, I was easily able to watch the wildlife everyday -- capuchin monkeys, toucans, scarlet macaws, and many other birds, iguanas, grisons. The property in itself is a paradise!

When you had a great experience you always want to come back. This place is in a convenient location and has everything you may need for a great stay.

Magaly and Roberto are extremely friendly, they were attentive and gave us very clear directions. The apartment is comfortable and safe, and the area quite nice, away from the center of Jacó just enough to have a quiet stay, and at the same time very close to the beach, restaurants, minisuper and other shops. We would come back without thinking.

I stayed here with 2 of my buddies for a couple days and it was great. Clay responded fast every time I messaged and was very flexible with our check in. He had great recommendations and activities to choose from. The place was clean, the wifi was fast, and the AC works great. And for me that’s all I can really ask for. There is someone at the gate 24/7 to let you in and out and it’s a very comfortable and clean gated community. Perfect spot for 3-4 people.
