In our lovely large basement apartment of about 90 m2, you get just a little extra for your money. There is a large, luxurious bathroom with a wellness shower. I've made the beds, and the towels are ready. In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator/freezer, coffee machine, and electric kettle. Bedroom, entrance, large living room, and a room with two beds. The apartment has marble floors and underfloor heating and is located in the basement of the house. It is only 100 meters to Rema, 500 meters to the center of Ikast and 10 minutes by car to Herning.

Experience Jutland from the middle. This home has reserved the entire first floor for the adult/romantic couple, while the children can have their own experience in the basement. Where there's also a separate room for the grumpy teenager - or the grandmother. The house has its own bar and coffee corner. Centrally located with free parking, and electric charging stations right in front of the house. Grocery store with bakery and delicatessen. Pizza on the same street. There's also a butcher shop, with delicacies and ready-made meals. There is a good playground for both small and older children. Private entrance to apartment on the 1st floor. I live on the ground floor myself and can often help with questions. I can help with toys and things for smaller children. There is a key box. It is NOT possible to bring pets and to smoke indoors
