We were so impressed by this place! It was very clean and beautiful decorated. It has everything you could possibly need and high quality. Top space!

We got there at night and her daughter escorted us to the Airbnb. We were so grateful for her help. As soon as we entered the room we all said wow!! It was super cute and she had yummy chocolates on the table for us. The A/C was on and the room was at a very comfy temperature. I loved everything about it.. the private pool and jacuzzi. The coquis singing their beautiful song! The Roosters crow and the beautiful sunset and sunrise! The view was spectacular ! I unfortunately lost her key I had attached it to my car rental key and somehow some Where I lost it. I felt horrible ! I did offer to pay for it however her hospitality and kindness rose above it all and would not take the money. She was really kind and understanding. I’m sorry😞 I would definitely stay here again if they would have me. Restaurants and stores are only a few minutes away down the mountain.

I had an amazing stay at this beachfront Airbnb. The location was absolutely perfect right on the beach, super tranquil, and ideal for relaxing. The area felt safe and peaceful, and it was a great spot to unwind. Everything matched the listing, and I’d definitely love to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking to recharge by the ocean!

It was a very nice place. Very clean and had everything we needed. There is a lot of nice touches in the decor and furniture that made it feel like a home away from home. Very comfortable. it's location right on the beach is awesome! We loved our time here! definitely a place I'd stay again.

The place is close to the main beaches of Jobos. There are many restaurant options nearby. Janet is very helpful and available if you need her.

The pool and Jacuzzi felt great, and also all of the gam activities in the playroom. Being just a short drive from the beach allowed us to experience the sun and enjoy the restaurants by the beach too. The host was always just a message away, promptly answering any questions we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this Airbnb was a fantastic choice, blending comfort, convenience, and a touch of local culture, all while being supported by a thoughtful virtual host. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to explore the beauty of Puerto Rico!

We had an amazing time and felt right at home, Kashef was very responsive to any questions we had. Place was very clean and modern and all the amenities you could need were available, pool was nice and close by. Will definitely be coming back.

This property worked really well for our family of 4, with two young kids. The space and location were great! We loved having the pool, walkway directly to the beach and close proximity to restaurants, additional beaches, etc. The host was great - responsive to our questions and full of local recommendations. We would definitely stay again!

Casita Fraysa was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, peaceful, and in a great location. The host was very responsive from the start. We had everything we needed and would likely rebook this place if and when staying in the same area in the future.

Very beautiful place, everything is very nice and there are many places nearby to eat and be with the family. I would definitely come back again. My family and I were delighted with everything! José was always very diligent, attentive, respectful and a great host. As a welcome gift, he left us a little something that no other host had ever done, in my experience. Great host making a difference. The house is beautiful and was super clean. The pool is suitable for preteen children, there is even a part that I understand is for small children. The place is super quiet. José was always attentive. Completely fenced in so that if you have a dog, you can let it explore the yard without worrying about it getting out. We really enjoyed our stay. My dog also enjoyed it. Everything was great! Recommended. We hope to return. Thank you very much José!

We had the best time! The home & surrounding were even better than the pics—your very own private resort! The views are breathtaking! Beautiful & clean home, simple & nice decor, great bathrooms. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The little touches from towel creations, toilet paper/paper towel flowers, workout mats, pool noodles, etc. were all appreciated! The outdoor spaces are perfect & the grill/bar area (with bathroom) provided great shade all day! The pool was perfect! Honestly-it was fantastic & I highly recommend it! It’s close to Jobos beach (7 minute drive) and 15 to Shacks & 25 to Crash Boat (we love Jobos & Uma’s best!). We did the Art Walk in Rincón (45 minutes) and that was well worth it as well—great local art & vibrant night life! It was above & beyond what we expected! ❣️

Rickys home was beautiful! My stay was very peaceful and felt like home. The location is beautiful- those views!! The pool was the perfect temperature and was cleaned every morning. The recommendations Ricky made for food and coffee were great! He was very responsive and his staff are some of the kindest people I ever met. My family would love to visit in the future!

The house looked exactly how they have it listed. Sandra made sure if we needed anything to let her know. The location was perfect. We were close to the beach and close to good food. The area was so calm. Definitely will book will them again ❤️

Daryl was very accommodating and provided us with great hospitality. The home is very spacious and comfortable with a great kitchen! The backyard is also very well kept with a nice garden and seating areas. The neighborhood was quiet for the most part, and it was easy & comfortable to rest there. I would def stay again!

Amber & Brett were great! The place is really nice with easy access to a beach and a nice pool. There were descriptions of beaches in the area as well as restaurants in the condo. Our family had a great time and would definitely stay there again. If I had any questions, Amber responded right away! I would recommend this rental!

I am a Puerto Rican living in the states. I craved a little beach time and I was not disappointed with this waterfront apartment. I brought my parents and my husband and three children. We had an outstanding time. Walks along the beach next to the building yielded wonderful pictures and a lot of biodiversity. A little walk down the beach and there was a safe “poza” at Jobos beach. We walked a little further and visited the Poza de Jacinto. It was overall a relaxing, restful beach weekend. Thank you so much Osiris!

This is a perfect stay for families. The only concern would be if anyone is unable to take a flight of steps as I don't believe there is elevator access. The pool is very close by and Jobos beach is a very short drive with tons of places to eat. The apartment had 2 beach chairs, unfortunately one was broken but it was great to have! This is our second time staying with Arnaldo and we had additional family staying in another one of his apartments as well. Will definitely be returning.

This beautiful beach front condo is like heaven on earth. The view of the ocean from the balcony along with the lull of the ocean waves from the bedroom made it feel like absolute paradise. The place was equipped with everything we could possibly need throughout our stay including a beach wagon and toys. We felt very safe and secure as the condo is in a gated community. Elmira was so friendly and responsive! We are already planning our next trip to this amazing condo on this beautiful island.

John and Marie are great ! Very attentive and responsive! Love the Penthouse! My grandson wants to bring it to FL lol! Everything was clean and orderly the watcher and dryer were a big ++Thank you John and Marie!

Great place to stay, comfortable and clean, close to the beach and very well equipped. Just be aware of the house rules (we didn’t see it), the house has more rooms so the pool is shared with more guests. Definitely is a great place for couples and families.

The place was beautiful! It was a very private community. The hosts were absolutely amazing. We had an issue with our rental company and had a very late check in. The host was still very responsive and so helpful. The apartment is in a great area with beautiful beaches. I would most definitely stay here again. Thank you!
