The accommodation is excellent, the studio is very new and the building has a mini convenience store, gym,laundry, a 13th floor pool with side views of Jatiúca beach and the location is great. Mr. Luiz was super attentive and helpful. Com ctza I will return :)

The accommodation in Lúcia's apartment was simply AMAZING!!! I went with my family and everyone loved every corner of that place! Extremely clean house, all of the highest quality, from furniture to bedding and kitchen, all very well prepared and very well cared for. Lucia ended up becoming a friend with such kindness and concern for us, a wonderful person!!! The condominium itself is very beautiful, close to everything!! Whenever you go with my family to Maceió, we will certainly stay there again, do not need research! Thank you for everything!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The stay was wonderful, the apartment is exactly as described, all very clean and smelling, the host was in contact with us at all times and the answers were almost immediate, everything inside the apartment was thinking to better serve the guest. I'll definitely come back again and again. It is only a little to be desired in the parking lot, very tight, very inclined ramps, but nothing that prevents the stay, just redoubling the care.

The apt was impeccable when we arrived and with a wonderful view, everything clean and welcoming. Spacious spacious bathroom bed room with plenty of ventilation and full kitchen. We'll be back shortly.

Selma was super available and affordable. The location is excellent. The building is clean, organized, quiet, the gatehouse served us very well. The apartment is beautiful, new, smelling, sheets and towels smelling and clean and towels and to complete it had a blanket to cover. Wonderful shower, quiet air-conditioning. Great Internet. New household appliances with a water purifier, which has helped us too much to buy water. Voltaria for sure.

Great house, full of utensils, crockery, we don't miss anything! We used a lot of the kiosk on the outside, which has a beautiful view over the sea! The beach is very calm, almost without people. The water is warm and when the tide is low there are almost no waves.

The place is very beautiful and peaceful. It had already been in the condominium, however, staying in another house. The house is a show, spacious, well divided, the very good pool, barbecue area and the very good rooms, well cared for. The host was very attentive, always proactive, from the moment I closed my stay until checkout. Anyway, I hope I can come back again and again.

It was a wonderful stay. The house is lovely, spacious, large rooms, well equipped, with all items and accessories, inside a quiet condominium. We have always been promptly taken care of in what we need, in a very considerate way by the Owner. We will certainly come back.

Armando is an excellent host! The house is impeccable, all very comfortable. The team working in the house is amazing, attentive, proactive, making the stay even more enjoyable and memorable. The host's organization is something different, from the selection and choice of menus for coffee, lunch and dinner, making everything structured so that it occurs within the customer's expectations. Super complete apartment, close to the main sights, with great restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets. From to do a lot on foot, the nearby beach is very good, the ap is close to Marco dos Corais. Caubi always very helpful and responded to us promptly. We felt at home. All the first things, and designed in every detail. It has everything we need in everyday life, complete cuisine!!! We indicate and recommend for sure!!! We'll come back more often.

Farmacia, restaurant with good food and great prices, supermarkets, pharmacy, square with park for children, Food-Trucks with food from the sensational region. We love Richard's apartment! It is large, spacious, beautifully decorated and in a great location. It's about 5 minutes walking to the beach, besides being close to restaurants, bakery, gym, etc… me and my friends (we were in a group of 8 people), we were very surprised. It's super worth it and we intend to go back! And ah, Richard responds very quickly and is always very helpful. We recommend 100%.
