These were incredible days that we spent in Maceió, Márcio's apartment is very close to the waterfront and several tourist attractions. The building has good security and excellent infrastructure. We want to come back!!

Excellent communication from the host, was a bit confusing to park the car at first but we got there in the end and it’s great to have free parking. Clean presentable flat, highly recommended

The stay was perfect. At all times we need, Felipe answered us promptly. The place is amazing, safe and organized. Recommended!

The second time my friends and I have stayed in Luís's space. We stayed 10 days in 4 people and met all of our needs. The beds are double, comfortable, extra towels and pillows and clean bedding. The sofa bed is very comfortable and there is also an extra mattress to accommodate if you prefer. The location is great, with priceless sea view. There is a supermarket in the back of the building, pharmacy next door, restaurants and everything else you might need. We felt at home. The view of the swimming pool is to be gaped. Sr Luís and Mr. Antônio are excellent hosts, always kind and helpful. I intend to return soon and recommend to friends who come to Maceió! Tip for travelers: Don't give too much talk to the vendors' resort quotas next to the building (if that's not your intention); they come full of praise and you're going to miss a day out and probably go out with a debt. When we became “acquaintances”, after endless refusals, they stopped addressing us.

the loft is perfect and without defects, the view to the sea is too beautiful (waking up with this view is surreal). Me felt at home, the neighboring beaches are great. i was with my family, between 28 November and 2 December 2024, it was one of the best experiences in receptivity , all the features of the apartments, are extremely better in person the apartment was very clean, well tidy and with practically new furniture and utensils. The place is very beautiful and peaceful. It had already been in the condominium, however, staying in another house. The house is a show, spacious, well divided, the very good pool, barbecue area and the very good rooms, well cared for. The host was very attentive, always proactive, from the moment I closed my stay until checkout. Anyway, I hope I can come back again and again.

I and my family love the house and the stay. Although we did not have to contact us, Adirlane and Titian were available for whatever we needed. The house is as beautiful as in the photo, excellent for gathering family or friends. A cozy space in front of the barbecue and the pool invited us to relax and enjoy the holiday. It is close to the beautiful beach of Barra de São Miguel. Great infrastructure, both in suites and in the common area. We arrived just before check-in time and Adirlane can advance our entrance. The condominium is very safe and very quiet as well. Tem quadra, gym (with air conditioning), swimming pool. Anyway, I recommend anyone who can go meet and enjoy the coziness of the Blue House.
