We stayed at the house for 2 weeks and loved staying there, super quiet and very cozy place. The house has everything you need from bath towels to all kitchen utensils… a wonderful pool that my son woke up at 6 to get into the pool… Kaka the guy who takes care of the house is extremely attentive and dedicated to this house as if it were his! every time we needed help he always responded and was at the house in less than 1 hour! We love being in this house and we will certainly visit more often! Thank you Dona Cristina and Kaká, very dear and humble people.

It really is the dream house and Andre is an exemplary and very helpful host. The house is worthy of all the praise. The access to the beach is by the gated condominium itself. The beach at the front is super quiet, ideal for children. I felt safe in the condominium, with 24h concierge and cameras. The items in the house are of quality, especially the bed and bath games. I recommend to everyone looking for a comfortable, spacious and beautiful place to rest after a day of beach.

Best experience we had at this carnival. Eduardo very helpful and always on standby when we had some kind of hindrance, the very helpful porters, in particular a little man who helped us with a problem we had with the pet in the early hours. The house is great, for sure we will want to go back. Well located, just a few minutes from the proper bathing area, we have nothing to complain about.

Giuseppe was very attentive and the accommodations corresponded to the advertised. My only recommendation is how the lighting outside the house (in access) could be more illuminated, the most WE LOVE the STAY!!!!

The stay was great, located in a super quiet condominium, no noise, property as described in the listing, full kitchen, comfortable rooms, great barbecue, and the host Felipe was very kind, always responded quickly and when I reported a problem in the microwave oven, he immediately replaced it. The house is excellent. Spacious, organized, with all the utensils you might need for a pleasant stay. Everything was clean and organized when we arrived. The pool is a good size and the caretaker cleans it every day. There is a very nice yard and garden space, with trees for shade. The condominium also has a very nice pool. We liked everything, especially the tranquility of the place. Mr. Hélio is extremely friendly, treated us like friends, responded quickly and gave us several tips for tours in the region. I hope to return soon.

The property accommodates well 6 adults. The pool is great and the shared space of the condominium is extremely pleasant. We ate meals in the outside area and enjoyed the redário as well. It is important to note that there is a parking space available, spacious and easy to access. The walk to the beach is pleasant and takes less than 15 mins. In conclusion, it was a great experience to have visited Praia do Francês, with the support of this house. I recommend it.

The stay was wonderful, the house is super spacious and cozy. The hostess is kind and welcomed us well, we were very well accommodated, it is close to the La Rue (restaurant area), French beach, we were short of time but we were able to enjoy a lot. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms, lots of bathrooms, space for the dance floor, quality sound on the balcony, swimming pool, barbecue area It was the best choice!! Our group loved!! Qdo we return to Maceió we already have our little corner!!!

The house is wonderful and the location, despite not being close to amenities, is very quiet and far from noise, on the other hand it is close to the beach. Good for those who want calm or to enjoy themselves with friends without being disturbed. Both the owner of the house, Eliene, and the caretaker, Jailton, are very helpful. The place is spacious and well maintained, you can see the owner's whim and zeal.

I spent my birthday and New Year's Eve with my family at Renata's home. We were welcomed by their parents, who are charming and exude incredible humility and charisma, made us feel at home showing us everything and a little more than what we had in the house and around. Samuel, the housekeeper, is literally an angel, he left everything so clean, he was there all morning offering us coconuts and always leaving the pool impeccable. Renata is a love, totally conversable, she answered me whenever I communicated with her and she is someone charming, very flexible when you ask for something or try to reach an agreement/consensus. And what about the house ? It's just perfect, it's the kind of house that has the energy of grandma's house, you feel affection, comfort, safety and you feel at all times in an amusement park. The house is wonderful! My family is big and everyone is very comfortable. The bathrooms are spacious, well-equipped kitchen. The very spacious outdoor area, the children loved it. All rooms have an exit to the outside area. The barbecue space is excellent as well. A special thank you to your homemade Raminho, always very helpful. Host, Camille, very welcoming.
