perfect location and great host! place is small, but fine for my length of stay. Suite was clean and had everything we needed.

Katherine was the best host. Her accommodations were darling and stocked with thoughtful details like wine, coffee and snacks. She offered extensive suggestions for local restaurants and things to do . She was friendly, welcoming and proactive. We would absolutely stay here again and will tell our friends.

We had a wonderful stay at the Private Riverland Loft while attending a friend’s wedding at Kiawah Island. It was so convenient to everything and provided us with everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable.

Miriam was a wonderful host - very communicative, kind, and responsive. It is evident care is taken to make things in her space just right for guests. We loved the privacy, the view, and the fire pit was a plus! This was the perfect place for our weekend getaway, and we’d highly recommend to others.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Tricia’s place and it was perfect for the two of us! The apartment was super clean and cute. The bed and linens are comfortable as well. Considering this unit is a pet friendly place, we did not notice any signs of pets being in the unit previously—that’s how clean it was. We found that the location was truly the perfect spot between downtown Charleston and Folly Beach as Tricia listed. Another plus is that Ubers are readily available and cost around $8-$15. Tricia and Erik were both very welcoming and friendly. Tricia gave us so many recommendations on restaurants/places to go to. I would love to stay here again and I’d recommend others to do the same!

Jean was an amazing host and the property was absolutely wonderful. It had everything we could’ve needed and more! On top of that, Jean is such an understanding host and I am glad to have gotten the chance to stay at her beautiful property!

Peaceful location and 20 mins from any activity including the beach, downtown, Oak Island Lighthouse, and ferries. Neighborhood is walkable, perfect for our pets!

Loved our stay at Charles’s place. We had a nice conversation when arriving and felt very welcomed. The view is amazing and there was lots of local wildlife to watch in the back yard. The water available for guests was a great touch, the place was incredibly quiet and peaceful. All the area beaches are a short drive. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We liked the quiet neighborhood. A good place to take a walk around. Samuel was responsive to any of our questions. It was a comfortable place that has what you need for a weekend.

Krystina and her husband were both very welcoming. Everything was very nice, clean, and spacious. There was construction happening at the house when we arrived but they made sure to keep us updated and pleased with our stay. Definitely would book again!

Stayed im charleston for a few days and the suite was perfect for us. Very cute, clean, and comfortable. Really enjoyed the area. It was quiet at night, and had several great food and coffee options im a walkable distance. Courtney was very responsive and I appreciate that.

We had a fantastic stay at Jennifer’s place. Great location, great price, and great hosts! This place was everything we needed and Jennifer was very kind and accommodating for us to check in early to get ready for a wedding and check out late. 10/10 would recommend!

Everything was beyond perfect! I didn’t want to leave. It’s extremely clean, neat and beautifully decorated. I always love to stay in any of Justin & Megan’s properties because I know I will never be disappointed. Can’t wait to visit again!

Mary Beth did a great job of being available if we needed her. The house was lovely, cozy, and spotless with all the household belongings we would have wanted to be comfortable. Kitchen was well outfitted for dining in, and we especially appreciated the chairs and cooler for going to the beach! Great vacation and would definitely go again!

Deans place was the last stop on our 7 week tour across the States. I have to say it was the most organized, clean and beautiful stay we had (out of 22 places). Dean and Pat went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, familiar with what the area had to offer and took the time to find out what it interests were so they could direct us to what may be of interest locally. Their place really is outstanding and super comfortable. Their Southern hospitality will be remembered when I think of my trip.

Lori's place was just as pictured and described. It was immaculate, well-appointed and beautifully decorated! Lori was very quick to respond to every question and offered great suggestions for restaurants and local attractions. The beach access parking was a wonderful perk! My husband and I had a fun, relaxing week at Ahuna Matata!

We loved out stay at Casita Amore and would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay. It was in the perfect location, near to the beach and to town. My labradoodle, Sadie, loved the place as much as I did!

This might be the best place I’ve stayed! We felt right at home and it was the perfect space for us. David and Brittany were very responsive and kind, and we had everything we needed. The self check in with the keypads was very helpful, and I liked that the house was hidden from the road and from other neighbors. Very clean, and the amenities and yard made us feel secure about having our dog there. Would definitely stay here again! It’s not too far from the beaches while not being in the middle of the tourist areas/traffic.

The space was as advertised. The location felt private and secure. There was a private entrance with a specific code to get in which enhanced the feeling of security. The space was clean and spacious. The host communicated expectations clearly. There was a small lot adjacent to the driveway for parking. Overall, the area was quiet. I would recommend this space.
