I was extremely happy with this apartment. The location was great. From Kochi Station it was only a ten minute walk. Within two minutes walking there were many bars and some restaurants. It was only a four minute walk to get to the main Shotengai shopping street. I was also very happy with how much space this apartment had. It was the biggest of all my other Airbnb's in Japan. Felt very spacious. the building is a little older (80s or 90s) but it was clean and no issues. I would definitely rent this place again. The only thing I think the manager should add is a box of Kleenex tissue. not a big deal though. I am very happy with this find...and enjoyed the stay.

Incredible stay at Katsuhiro's who welcomed us wonderfully. And what can I say about him, except that he's amazing. Katsuhiro has made this place a true paradise, in the middle of his sublime Japanese gardens. Really a place to discover for those passing through the area. An authentic ryokan but with excellent comfort. We really felt particularly lucky to discover this place. Katsuhiro also recommends plenty of nice places to eat or go out. So we can only recommend this place, you will be as enchanted as we were.

I walked from Imabari Station to check in, and the harbor and castle were within walking distance. Even though it was in the center of the city, it was surprisingly quiet at night and I slept well. This time, I was able to relax by myself. There is a rooftop terrace and home appliances, so it may be good to bring work and use it for a workation, or to use it as a tourist base for families, friends, and lovers in Shimana Kaido... Thank you for your hospitality😄

We stayed at Rokus place for a few nights on route to Kagawa. It was a fantastic property for us to unwind as a family of 2 adults and three kids. The location was strategic as a launch pad to several hiking destinations, road trips, and rafting adventures. Would highly recommend this place. Our 6 year old loved exploring the garden with Rokus friendly son.
