Stayed at Nahum’s for the weekend. My husband and I celebrated our first anniversary. The house in person was better than the photos. It was nice and cozy, perfect for 2. We spent the majority of our time relaxing outside, burning wood and sipping on wine we purchased from our wine tour. We eventually ended up in the hot tub. It was quiet and private and we enjoyed it. Amazing weekend!

Our stay was only two nights but we loved the location close enough to Main st. but far enough away that we didn't hear traffic. It was nice to spend time to unwind upon arrival with a glass of wine in the screen porch and chill. We would consider again if we return to Fredericksburg.

This place was so cute! Perfect for our girls getaway. It was a block off Main Street so easy access to plenty to do! Jourdan was very helpful and responsive. You can tell she took that extra step to make this place super enjoyable for her guests! We will definitely be going back:)

This is the cutest cottage ever! Very cozy and lovely! The tub was amazing; candles and bath salts and bubble bath was perfect. The porch is gorgeous. We had wonderful and windy weather to enjoy the wind chimes while sitting on the rocking chairs and swing. The bed and bedding is like sleeping on a cloud; the adjustable bed was a plus!!! Would love to stay again.

What a gem! The photos match exactly what we saw the moment we opened the front door. I didn’t realize how close we’d be to the great restaurants and shopping downtown—and made the walk several times versus driving. This house is located super close to a wonderful river walk pathway and OMG, then game room. We couldn’t get enough of this space and it was so fun opening the garage door for fresh air and tv watching at night. I almost dint want to write such a raving review and have other book it, because I want this place to always be available for when we visit Boerne each month…

Saved the day! We had a place in kerrville, but it wasn’t what we needed and Ashleigh was able to accommodate us on the day of. Her place is wonderful! She even turned the lights on because I said I’d get there after dark. It had everything you could need and more. She even left us supplies for s’mores and a bottle of wine. Ceiling fans in all the rooms, paper products stocked, a woman definitely owns this place because it was wonderful. We didn’t really cook, so I can’t say anything about that but beds were so comfy, and the house was super clean. It was private on some land and we saw lots of deer. Close enough to town. A great stay and would stay again.

The View was awesome and John was very responsive to any contacts we made with him. We had minor issues that were quickly resolved by text messages to John. We would absolutely do this location/place again if we are in the area. We had a great place to take our daily walk in the neighborhood. The house was spacious and well equipped. Only thing that would have made it better would have been some means to have music played in the main living quarters downstairs. I highly recommend the place and the host. Nancy

We had an amazing visit, checked in Friday with no issues then drove around downtown Bandera and had amazing food and drinks. Location is very convenient to the town but yet far enough away that you feel like your in the middle of nowhere. The view at this rental was beyond beautiful! We loved just sitting outside enjoying the view. It was nice and quiet and very peaceful. Definitely recommend booking, you will not be disappointed!!
