We can only recommend this place - we will be back! Annie has been a great host who provides us with all the necessary information in advance and shortly before departure and quickly during the stay with questions responded. We liked the apartment very much, location on the 14th floor was great! Very tasteful interior design. The condo is highly recommended, great opportunities to relax with gym, sauna and especially the mega roof top pool!!! It was awesome! Very friendly staff, right across the street is a 7eleven - in case you need anything. In the area there are some nice places, the night market can be easily reached in about 15 minutes on foot, the old town in about 30 minutes walk - just top location! Looking forward to our next stay with you Annie!

It has a very beautiful view here. All spaces, including the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen, were tidy and comfortable. The host is always kind and responsive. I'd like to stay here next time I come.

We had a wonderful stay! The space is practical and simple, yet incredibly cozy and affordable. Although it was a new listing with no reviews, I felt completely at ease trusting it, thanks to the hosts’ prompt and detailed communication. Their attention to detail and responsiveness made the entire experience seamless. The check-in and check-out process was effortless, and the location was ideal. It’s easy to catch a Grab or Bolt, and just a short walk to the train station (max 10mins). 7-11 is just beside the entrance and also a short stroll to jodd fairs night market (5mins) and some malls.. plus it’s conveniently located near the Klook meet-up point for our tours, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Excellent balance of comfort, convenience, and value! Thanks for accommodating us ❤️

Great flat with nice location, 10/10!

We stayed for Songkran, which was only booked for the first night. But when we came to stay and didn't want to go back, the place is very spacious, very private. The view of the sea is beautiful. Watch the sunset every day. There are 3 bedrooms and another extra room to sleep in. The living room is spacious and fully equipped with a full kitchen. Very good value for money. I like it.

Great peaceful place to stay with a vert friendly host, you can rent a bike as well for a very cheap price.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful homestay, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The owner was incredibly friendly and hospitable, always responding promptly to our needs. The homestay itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I truly loved my stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay. ❤️❤️

The accommodation has a fantastic location, you can reach the beach in just 1 minute walk. Sima organized the arrival for us and even picked us up himself. It was very clean and beautiful. We were sorry we had to move on again.

Second time staying here. Spacious and clean, was very comfortable for our large group of 9 adults and 2 kids. Quiet area with plenty of parking outside. Nearby shops and stalls within walking distance is a bonus. Thank you for the free snacks, will definitely book again next time we are in Sungai Petani!

The place is very comfy and easy to find. Stayed here for 7 nights and i would say it was a comfortable stay. However, the AC was a bit weak so it takes a bit long to feel the AC, with the hot weather, it can be slightly frustrating. Also one of the bathrooms has slight smell. Otherwise, all was good!

I had a wonderful stay at Fons. As soon as I arrived I extended it, staying for 10 nights. After traveling for 3 months, it was nice to have a kitchen and “live” in a neighborhood. I was there during Songkran, so the area was festive, but not overly so. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops, but in a quieter area of Old Town. The space was spotless and exactly as described. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great. Fon was super responsive via the app, and incredibly helpful in providing the needed documentation in order for me to extend my visa. I would 100% recommend staying here.

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

The apartment was as shown on the website. It was clean tidy and cute. Its walking distance from all the main tourist spots. Close to restaurants etc. Had a great vibe with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. The front door was a little tricky to open and close but no real issue. Lovely Stay at Bich Thuy’s Place! We had a wonderful time staying at Bich Thuy’s property. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and communication with Bich Thuy was smooth and responsive. She was a thoughtful and kind host. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would be happy to stay here again!

Nika has a great place hand she is super helpful and very quick to respond. The building is a newer high rise condo and it is very nicely decorated. The unit is clean with full amenities for a long term stay. The only negatives to speak of is the internet and the location isn't great. The internet is slow and drops completely on a regular basis. I often had to to use my phone as a hotspot. When it works, it is sufficient enough to read emails and browse the internet but if you have to take a zoom call s or upload something it barely works . The area the unit is in is very clean, organized and walkable with lots of restaurants nearby. The down side to it is it's quite far from the city centre and the area feels like a ghost town all hours of the day. A tuk tuk will take you 20-30 minutes depending on traffic to get to the city centre and they are very cheap, so this isn't a deal breaker.

Great stay and amazing host. Everything was clean and communication was great. There’s a Big C nearby, lots of restaurants and a food market, and not too far from Patong. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would come back next time we are in Phuket. Thank you for being such great hosts.

Great stay at Crystal Beach. Super Pool and beach. Quiet place, great for small family. Will stay again.

Gary is a great host and made my stay in Hua Hin seamless, he helped me find a taxi from and to Bangkok and with a good scooter rental. The apartment was perfect for my needs, spacious and close to town. There was space to park a motorbike downstairs and very quick to get around Hua Hin from the complex. 24 hour Security at the entrance to the complex. If I come to Hua Hin again I'll stay in this apartment again.

Wonderful 5 star stay in the Condo on my own. The apartment was nice and clean. Check in with Gibbs was easy. She is lovely! It was great that I could use the Diamond Resort pool. There was a shuttle to Boat Avenue (supermarket and restaurants) and Bang Tao beach. There tuk tuk stand is right outside the resort too. It was easy communicating with Davide and the group. Davide was quick at helping me. I will be back again, I enjoyed my stay there.
