We enjoyed our quick stay here! Mrs. Debbie was an excellent host, and we had no issues whatsoever!

What a wonderfully peaceful place to visit. Had absolutely everything we needed and then some. Kitchen was fully supplied. I love to cook, so we made every meal. Plenty of blankets to be warm and comfy along with a nice space heater. A nicely set up fire pit and chairs with plenty of firewood and hot cocoa to go with it. We visited Shipshewana, only about 30 minutes away. We will definitely stay here in the future for a nice peaceful getaway! ❤️

We are native to Indianapolis and stayed at John’s two listings for our wedding weekend. John and his wife were very responsive and have been communicating to me over the last year as I had questions and prepared for our wedding day. He was extremely communicative and flexible, especially regarding check in as I needed to hang up my wedding dress early! The home was spotless and cozy. It was perfect for me and my bridesmaids the night before the wedding and then perfect for me and my husband on our wedding night. The bonus was because we had both listings for the weekend we were able to let mg parents stay in the one bedroom listing while we were in the other one with complete privacy. They even left a sweet card, champagne, and flowers for us as a congratulations. It was a perfect location as our venue was a 5 min walk and very close to amazing restaurants and bars.

We loved how quiet and peaceful it was. The bed and pillows were so comfy so we slept great! We had everything we needed and more.

My husband and I visited Bloomington for Little 5 weekend and Marina's place was absolutely perfect for us! So close and walkable to everything we wanted to do, but still quiet and peaceful when we needed some down time. Our host, Marina, was an absolute dream! She was sweet, kind, and took amazing care of us! She makes a delicious breakfast and made sure we were well fed each morning before we headed out for our activities for the day! We will definitely be back to Bloomington in the future and will not stay any place other than Marina's!

This is an excellent place to stay, I highly recommend it. If you perhaps have relatives living in Greencroft as I did or if you want to visit Notre Dame in South Bend, Shipshewana, or perhaps nearby Bonneyville Mill, the location is ideal.

I’ve stayed at Jacob’s Airbnb before. I feel safe and comfortable. It’s clean, quiet, and as described. The personal touches with the fireplace and art make it feel unique, not sterile and lacking in charm. The awesome jetted sauna/shower/tub is a welcome HOMERUN after a long night out! Thank you. We’ll be back!!

I can't thank Melissa enough! The place is beautiful, spotless and had everything I needed for my stay. Melissa is a wonderful hostess... thoughtful, super helpful with recommendations, quick to respond and answer all my questions. The place far exceeded my expectations! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Jennifer's home is the epitome of quaint farmhouse. Her beautiful home, the perfectly placed pictures, comfy beds, sitting on the deck looking at the stars, my kids loved the playhouse and running in the open spaces. She thought of everything we would need and then went the extra mile!

They were very helpful and nice and very communicative about anything we asked the place was clean and in a nice area would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! Cool, unique, creative space with a large private deck. The location with off-street parking is convenient and easily walkable to town, campus, and whatever you may need. The hosts are flexible and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

The place is very nice. I did have a few questions to ask Jeramy, but he answered them right away, which I truly appreciated a great place to stay and very affordable.

Leah was an amazing host and the space was clean and immaculate. Beautifully tucked into the neighborhood and close to ammenities. Had a wonderful time and highly recommend!

I give this a 6 out of 5! The owners were outstanding! Responsive, thoughtful, and attentive. They definitely sent the extra mile to make our trip memorable. A great location, close to Notre Dame. Perfect for a home game weekend. More than enough space and the home owners thought of everything to make your stay perfect. I’ve never stayed in an apartment (basement) unit before, but it was so private that I never felt that I was in someone else’s home. We were out of the house most of the time for tailgating and the ND game, but it was a perfect suburban place to come “home” to at the end of the day to relax in the peace and quiet. We will be back!

We had a great 2 day stay. Took the paddle boat out both days to fish. Grilled out and used the hot tub. Everything was clean and lots of amenities. Will definitely stay again. Also the bed was so comfortable!

Sara and Aaron was great from start to finish. They were very clear with instructions, and instructions left nothing out. The place was amazing ans very clean. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place!!

Super comfortable bed. Large windows overlooked large, beautiful yard. Kessler is a busy street day and night, but the front yard has a very big setback.

Definitely a great place to stay. Close to anything you want to do in Fort Wayne. Nice having a quiet place to just sit and relax and listening to the outdoors and watching people walking by. Conveniently located to downtown and all the local attractions you might want to enjoy. This was our 2nd stay here and we felt very welcomed and nice to chat about some of the areas history, restaurants and other attractions available. Would definitely recommend.

Our third stay--I cannot use enough superlatives. The space is beautifully and thoughtfully furnished and equipped. To say it's immaculate is an understatement. Thoughtful touches like Q-tips and cotton balls, razors and a hair dryer in the bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare simple meals. There's a range of coffee and tea pods with sweeteners and creamers ready to go. The bed is comfortable. And did I mention how clean the place is? Can't recommend this spot more strongly.

We enjoyed this loft apartment and plan to return! It is a 5 minute walk to the Monon trail, with access to nature and also Broad Ripple Village. “Fresh Thyme” (sizable grocery store) is a 10 minute walk, which was so helpful. The skylights and abundant windows allowed light to flood the space. The AC/heat/hot water systems were robust, even on chilly days. And there’s even an under counter freezer. There’s so much well-planned storage, complete with multiple coat racks, and the laundry room was truly appreciated. It was great to have an inside staircase, too. Can’t say enough about how helpful our hosts were. We will return! The Haleys

Instead of staying at a hotel for my son‘s tournament, we decided on an Airbnb and Amy’s place really fit the bill. We all had our own bedroom and space to move around for the exact same price as a hotel room.

I had a great stay for my partners birthday and my birthday. I definitely will recommend, it was very peaceful and quiet. I definitely will book again, overall it was a great getaway.
