Great spot in a quiet little town on the water

Angela’s place was amazing! When we walked in, we were in awestruck by how classy the furniture selections and decorating were. Also, this was probably the cleanest Air BNB we have stayed in. Angela was very communicative, and she provided great recommendations for places to dine. We enjoyed the fire pit one evening, with the reflection of the full moon over the bay…so cool! We would love to come back to the area, and this place will certainly be our first choice for places to stay!

Great place, great location! This place was perfect for our stay with our dog. The space was clean and cozy! The back yard views are stunning. Very relaxing to hear the lake with the windows open. Ron was very welcoming and his place is wonderful, would definitely come back and will recommend to friends and family!

Our stay at Kathy’s place was perfect! The rental was spotless upon are arrival and Kathy was extremely flexible with check in and checkout. Her communication before and during our stay was outstanding and prompt. Kathy went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during are stay. I would definitely recommend her place and happily rent from her again in the future.

Our first visit to the island was more than expected, very fun to find places like this still exist in this country. Relaxing and beautiful and a great adventure. Thanks Mary Beth and Mike for all the suggestions and great chats. This place has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

This apartment had room to spare! It was well-stocked, very clean, and was filled with sunlight. What struck us the first time we entered, and each time afterwards, was just how roomy the apartment was. The 10-foot ceilings only added to the feeling of spaciousness. And since we were there after the busiest part of the season, it was also blessedly quiet. The attached deck was a bonus that offered a beautiful view of the harbor.

Our family of 7 spent Thanksgiving at Colleen’s home. We loved everything about it! The home itself had comfortable areas to gather, the bedrooms and bathrooms were nice, and the furnishings were tasteful. The views of the woods and water were a real treat. We hope to return to make more family memories!

Kelly’s place was just as described. Homey and cute, close to downtown! Kelly was extremely responsive and flexible. We will be back!

We were in town for a golf trip and the Kassuba Lake Retreat was the perfect home base. It's a beautiful lakeside setting with easy access to town and the nearby Treetops Golf Resort where we were playing our golf. We really appreciated Theresa's detailed check-in instructions and responsiveness. The house was charming, quiet, and comfortable and was a perfect spot to relax and recover after a long day on the links.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here. Such a beautiful property! It was quiet and serene. The inside was spacious but comfortable, we felt right at home! Since it was a little chilly when we went, I was still able to enjoy the views of the lake from the couch with a cup of coffee. Brenda is a great host, very responsive, provided clear instructions, and ensured we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Will definitely be back!

This was an amazing place to see northern Michigan. The place was clean, organized and had more than enough amenities provided! James and Dawn are wonderful hosts!

What a beautiful home. We enjoyed the forest and the lakes. We appreciate the use of the laundry room and kitchen. However We didn’t see a tea kettle for tea. Nevertheless it was a wonderful experience and comfortable stay. Thank you.

Thank you Chris for sharing your home on Paradise Lake with us. It was the perfect spot to spend a few days after being on the road for weeks. Even better was the fact that our son and grandchildren came up from Ohio to visit. The home was so comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The close proximity to the ferry to Mackinac Island was helpful but the best part of the stay, truly heavenly, was sitting on the dock at sunset! So beautiful! Thank you!

Greg was the perfect host for a holiday week. He checked in regarding the condo as well as with the road conditions. Snow in northern Michigan is not for the faint of heart! The lake effect snow machine was a beautiful addition to a great week.

Staying at the Airbnb was wonderful! The location is perfect, right on the lake, which added such a peaceful touch. It felt just like home – cozy and comfortable, with a soft, comfy bed and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed.

Shannon's place was absolutely beautiful!! We had a girls weekend and enjoyed walking to the beautiful beach, hanging out in the house, and exploring the area. The beds were so comfortable as were the furnishings every where. This was the perfect place for our weekend trip!

After a long few weeks we wanted a little get away for the weekend. We walked in and were very happy with the condo, as it looked just as shown in the pictures. The view was amazing and it was relaxing to sit on the patio just listening to the water and watching the birds. We didn’t cook anything, but the kitchen area was very well stocked if you were to want to make a meal. It was also perfect for making a cup of coffee and enjoying leftovers from one of the many yummy nearby restaurants. The bed was comfy, the bathroom spacious and the sitting area was just the right size for reading one of the many books in the room. The decor was great and I even took some ideas home with me to make my own space as cozy. Overall, we were very pleased and look forward to returning again soon.
