Rivertown Cottage: Walk to Aquatic Center & River

Too many good things to say!! The cottage was very cozy, yet spacious, and beautifully decorated. It was very clean, had everything we needed, and the coffee bar was a huge bonus! The backyard was private. Neighbors were quiet. It was close to everything in town. We went to watch our nephew play baseball at the college and it was just a few blocks down from the cottage. Joanna was very accommodating when we had a few special requests including early check-in and changing our nights to stay due to predicted severe weather. We can’t wait to stay again and hope to stay longer next time!

This was our first Airbnb and it was just perfect! The location was absolutely beautiful! The temperature in the house was spot on coming from the cold outside! So cozy and we felt right at home immediately! Host John was so helpful with everything and such a fast response time! It made it that much more of a great experience knowing we have immediate help if we needed it! I 100% recommend this stay and can't wait to come back! Just an FYI, try to make it in before it gets dark! You are really in the woods/ mountains and it's scary movie vibes when you can't see a thing! Other than that, zero complaints! Thank you too the host for everything!

This was our family's second time staying at Jonathan's cabin. It is cozy, comfortable, and everything we needed. The wood burning stove kept the cabin nice and toasty, with plenty of firewood provided. We will stay here again next time we come to Batesville.

Tammy was so sweet and highly accommodating! The BNB was super clean and incredibly cute and it fit our entire group of 6! She's very friendly to cosplayers, so if you're in from out of town for a convention this is the place to stay!

Fred was very helpful with our needs for extra parking for our heavy equipment we brought up for disaster relief efforts. The house was just as described and he was there to show us where to park our stuff. Highly recommend and will be staying there again

Great place for a family gathering or a gathering of friends. Being about 30 minutes from Newport it was a good fit for us. Jimmy was responsive and very helpful during our short stay.

I loved the idyllic setting, and the farm tour that Ken took me on was perfect for a city boy like me. Helen had good advice for locations to seek out and the upper accommodations were on the 2nd floor were very spacious and quiet. Slept well, and I love the mattress, it was more comfortable than mine! She is also?... a wonderful cook, whoever stays here will have no regrets!
