Felt at home as soon as I arrived here, the decor is lovely and is more spacious than I thought it would be. Also, the best shower I’ve had anywhere I’ve stayed! The flat gets so much light and you can open the big windows for a nice breeze. I thought a sofa bed would be an inconvenience but it was super easy to put away/get out. I felt very safe in the flat, a sturdy door and double lock. No disturbances from neighbours in the month I was there, people in the building were always friendly and said hello. Communal areas are kept clean. The location is great, super close to the train station for day trips and a short walk to the beach. And then Audrey is just so lovely, super friendly, replied quickly to any queries I had and always reminded me she was there if I had any questions/needed recommendations. If I could have stayed longer I would have, I recommend a stay here 100%.

Small apartment in a super central location, within a courtyard and therefore without a view of the sea, but very convenient for all services. I emphasize the extreme cleanliness, organization and order of the apartment, which is not obvious. It was equipped with all the necessary amenities for a short stay, the apartment is in great condition, all the decor, bathroom included, is new.

The stay at Gérard's was lovely. The accommodation is clean, functional and very conveniently located. Gérard was flexible with arrival times, I highly recommend this place.

We had a good time, the apartment is equipped with all amenities, a balcony and a terrace above the apartment whose view of the gulf pays off of the small effort to do when walking the uphill street to reach the apartment. The owners are kind and helpful.

Everything was great, apartment was clean and well-equipped. Quiet neighborhood. Short distance to old town, shopping and train station. Very comfortable bed. Balcony was also nice having sunshine. We were very satisfied.

The apartment is extremely comfortable and very clean. The furniture is modern and very well maintained. It's exactly as shown in the photos. The location is really convenient: in a 10-minute walk you reach the waterfront, and the path is entirely flat. To load and unload the car we got on the sidewalk in front of the entrance, without however creating an obstacle to traffic, which is not particularly intense in that stretch of road. We had no difficulty finding (free) parking a stone's throw away. In high season I imagine you have to opt for parking at the sports field, however not far away. The lack of elevator is not felt because the 3 flights of stairs have few steps. Silvia was very helpful and available both at check-in and check-out. Very positive experience! The availability of a microwave would have been the classic icing on the cake :) But 5 stars really fully deserved.

We had a great time. Great view over the bay. Lots of sun while drinking coffee in the morning. Spacious apartment for 4 persons. Host very nice.

Overall had a very great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was very well maintained and I felt right at home. The Apartment ist not in Monaco, but 15meters behind the border to france. This isn't a problem at all for me, it was only noticed when ordering a monaco taxi which wasn't allowed to come to the place, so we had to get a french taxi. Overall recommend 10/10

Our fourth stay at Elyane's fantastic apartment, which suggests how good it is. As ever, the balcony over looking Rue de France is delightful suntrap and a lovely spot for breakfast or an evening drink accompanied by some people-watching! The little touches are always appreciated: deck chairs, beach mat, the bottle of chilled rose, and some mini Easter eggs. Thanks Elyane!

Firstly thank you to David who was helpful and friendly from the first! This flat is superb and in fact looked and felt even better than in the photos. It is bright (even in December), warm, spatious and very enjoyable to return to after a day's visiting. A near perfect location (right next to the supermarket, train station and bus stops for Nice, Monaco and visits); a lovely view of the harbour and coastline looking towards Italy; excellent kitchen facilities; the lounge/ dining room area is spatious and bright; two bedrooms and even a mini office desk, which is useful; good choice of television channels. As it turned out, we had perfect weather, but had it rained, the flat would be a welcome retreat. David was very helpful whenever we had a request/ question. Would we return? We certainly hope to and this would be our first choice! Thank you!

We had a wonderful time in Piera's charming apartment in an old villa with fantastic sea views. The place offers (almost) everything you need and has a very special character – like a small time capsule that takes you back to another era. It is precisely this unusual flair that makes the stay special. Piera is a great host who explains everything in advance in great detail. Check-in and check-out went completely uncomplicated and smoothly – you immediately feel in good hands. Parking can be a bit tricky, but since much is easily accessible on foot, you don't actually need a car for the surrounding area. All in all: a very special accommodation with real charm and great location!

This is a must stay place - so historic and a real gem if you like history and something different. The view over the new marina is beautiful.

Hello !!! I really recommend this apartment, we came with my family and we had a great time!! They are very helpful!! 🔝 Under the apartment there is a supermarket with convenient prices if you get the card and 5 minutes away there is the beach with either pebbles and sand, I recommend taking the walk of lovers, a beautiful view

We loved our stay here. Raymond and Anne were incredibly kind and generous hosts. Their listing is just as described. We loved the location and were able to visit all of the surrounding towns. The space was extremely clean & we loved using the hot tub!

Wonderful apartment and an excellent host. The apartment is nice, spacious, really close to the train station and Catherine even helped us to find a taxi one day to return from a dinner. She was very helpful with everything we needed. Would love to come back other times 🥰
