Quiet, comfortably furnished apartment in the attic of our well-kept detached house at the end of a play street, sunny balcony, kitchen-living room with sofa bed (140x200), bedroom with large Double bed in country house style, cable TV, Internet access, a nice large bathroom. Parking place for bicycles, parking lot at the house. The Bodenseeufer, sunbathing lawn and garden economy directly at the lake only about 400 m away, about 900 m to Fischbach train station, to the trade fair approx. 6.5 km. Baker and bus stop at 300m.

The apartment is freshly renovated, very bright through the large windows and modernly furnished. Living room is the attic and has mountain and lake views. The bus stops towards Friedrichshafen and direction Meersburg / Überlingen are right outside the door. The lake is 5 min and the outdoor swimming pool is 3 minutes walking distance. There are various restaurants (hotels, Thai snack bar, pizzeria, etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.

It is a small place with 750 inhabitants, surrounded by orchards. It is part of a detached house and is located in the basement. The apartment has a separate entrance with a small sunny breakfast terrace. Free parking is available on the property. I look forward to seeing you! .

Beautiful stay at Lake Constance! The apartment was just perfect – clean, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location was unbeatable: just a few steps away from Überlinger See and also the Therme Überlingen was easy to reach. It was wonderful to start the days with a walk by the lake and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the surroundings. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, so we felt welcome from the beginning. I can fully recommend this place and will definitely be happy to come back!

Everything is as described. When we arrived, the key handover was completely problem-free with a key safe. The apartment was super clean and tidy. Everything you need for a problem-free comfortable stay is available. I would like to classify the contact with the landlord Christoph as uncomplicated, friendly and helpful. It was also pleasant for us that you could park right in front of the house. Shopping facilities (Edeka etc.) in the immediate vicinity of the apartment are available. All in all, a nice stay. Friends and acquaintances who want to explore the Schaffhausen region and the surrounding area in Switzerland, but do not want to pay Swiss prices, I would recommend the apartment.
