Places to stay in Imlay City

My husband and I picked Patricia’s place because of the fun game room she had downstairs-and I’m sure glad we did! Our family of 6 had a wonderful time playing pool, air hockey, shuffle board, ping pong and PINBALL!!! There was also a nice quiet study room upstairs where the kids could still participate in their online classes without missing a beat. Every space was so beautifully decorated and spacious it really felt peaceful. We were visiting in the winter so the cozy propane fireplace was a hit as well. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

FALL GETAWAY-Stayed Oct 18-20, 2024 with friends. The surroundings at this cottage in the fall are absolutely beautiful lots of fall colours and wildlife. There's a lovely beach just down the road we had great weather so it was nice to go for a walk, very peaceful not allot of people this time of year. We had dinner at Macphersons on Friday night which was very good and pizza the following night at Grogs which was also very good. Host Rebecca was wonderful, helpful, very worry free experience. Great cottage very clean had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Fantastic getaway to unwind and enjoy the outdoors would highly recommend.

It was fine. Initially booked a different location based on the location. It was double booked and we were moved to a different location. Not the worst thing in the world, but was surprised to be relocated last minute.

The place was absolutely gorgeous! also the neighborhood was quiet that it was a nice change of pace for us to rest after working at a noisy environment. Felt like home 🏡

Jim & Rachel's beautiful Air BnB exceeded our expectations! It was so clean with the most comfortable beds and a view that is rarely ever found anywhere! We felt so welcome here and loved every second of our stay. The little chalet (separate from the house) has a view that will take your breath away. There was every kind of bird here: woodpeckers, yellow-rumped warbler,s finches, white-throated sparrow, titmouse and of course the beautiful cardinal singing from morning till night. Do NOT hesitate to come here to be welcomed by Jim and Rachel yourself. This little oasis is a rare find!!!!!

We loved our stay. The house is clean and comfortable and full of thoughtful details. It’s decorated in an eclectic and fun way. We appreciated the Christmas tree and decorations as they gave us a bit of home while away.

We loved our stay! The house was beautifully decorated and well appointed, and had everything you could want for a stay at the beach. The views of Lake Huron are stunning from inside, from the porch, and down a few steps, from the beach. It was a relaxing and fun getaway. We will return one day!
