In the old characteristic Broek in Waterland near the church, in a newly built barn behind the farm. Featuring private access (self check-in) a split level with sleeping area and garden area. On the ground floor (24 m2) is a living room with sofa, kitchenette with fridge, two hotplates, dining area and separate bathroom. On the loft is the bedroom with a double bed, plenty of closet space and a clothing rack. Good WiFi available. There are two bikes (Veloretti) for rent (10,- per bike per day)

Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

This cosy apartment is a hidden gem in the centre of a peaceful little village but only 15 minutes by bus from Amsterdam central station! This small village has all dutch characteristics. Cute houses, relaxed atmosphere, a local brown cafe and a mini shop. You’ll fall in love with it easily! Walk or cycle along green meadows, cows and farms. From this oasis of peace and quiet you can discover this beautiful region, with historic towns such as Monnickendam and Marken. Amsterdam is also literally right around the corner here. The bus ride to Amsterdam should take 10 minutes. The bus leaves every 5 minutes from the nearest bus stop.

I would love to welcome you to my unique place in the middle of the farmlands of Waterland. Just 15 minutes from the city center of Amsterdam, and a stone's throw from picturesque Broek in Waterland, lies my houseboat. To reach the yard, use a small ferry to cross the Broekervaart. By the way, the ferry is privately owned, and is only used by my guests.

We have created a comfy, tidy and bright apartment for you. Fully equipped kitchenette, a king-size bed and high-speed WiFi. It's available for a wonderful holiday or long- term stay. Train and bus station are a few minutes walking. It's easy to reach Amsterdam Centraal and Schiphol airport. Purmerend city centre is very near by. Across the road is Lidl supermarket, with a bakery and lots of tasty ready meals.

Located on the central village square of the beautiful village of Ilpendam, our large house with a modern and luxuriously furnished studio is located on the ground floor. Ilpendam is a picturesque village near Amsterdam, in 10 minutes you are by bus to Amsterdam Central Station. You have a view of the garden and the adjacent park with butterfly garden and playground. Parking is free in front of the door.
