I spent the holiday with my family at this lodging. The place was super clean very well organized and had everything we needed. The location was in a very quiet location, close to the center and other beaches. The house had a wonderful backyard, lots of nature and wonderful fresh air. We love it.

The view is truly amazing, a spectacle, especially at sunrise and sunset. The home is as in the description. All beautiful and in very good taste. Sonara and her husband are very helpful, even he helped us to climb the hill and reassured us, it's really ingratiate, but not hard, our car went up well every day. Ilhabela is wonderful and with the view from this house, it was even more amazing. My family and I will definitely return.

This is the second time that my family and I have spent a few days at the house. It is super large caters everything it promises, close to everything. We love it and will come back for sure!

Amazing place, I fell in love! Very quiet, exactly as described, located in the southern part of the island, which is much quieter, extremely easy communication with the host, great for those who work remotely, quality internet. Super recommended, I'll be back for sure!

We had a great stay, well-located house, delivers exactly what is advertised, complete house, with several kitchen items, we received the house organized and clean, without a doubt it was worth the experience.

Very beautiful apartment, with a stone in the room that gives an elegant touch, the person responsible was very attentive, helped us with everything possible. Very nice and clean apartment pool. Air Conditioning in both bedrooms, working perfectly, showerheated that it was a beauty, had ice water filter, microwave, clean fridge, even washing machine. They left products for us to use, in addition to which São Sebastião is very beautiful and you can cross by ferry to Ilha Bela. Everything is close by, I recommend it to discerning customers and we want to come back.

Our entire stay was perfect. The house was very clean, very organized and super-equipped. The beach view is a spectacle, and the pool is also wonderful grills. Rodrigo was very attentive with all my doubts, and the Maria who receives us at the house is very dear and gave us several tips. We left already wanting to come back!. The House is wonderful, with air-conditioning in all rooms, it practically has no bugs, Telma's Chalet practically has everything, you don't need to bring almost anything, the location is close to everything and easy to access, it has a wonderful pool and the hostess Telma is super polite and thoughtful. We love the house and we will definitely be back, not to mention that the beds are super cozy.

Daniela and Flávio's space is simply sensational. The location is great and close to the beach. In addition, the house is very beautiful, it was clean and organized when we arrived. We had the pleasure of spending an amazing time at the wonderful beach house, and we couldn't help but share our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome by Marcelo, who was always available and attentive, ensuring that everything was perfect for our stay. The house is a real jewel, large and spacious, with an impeccable cleaning that made us feel right at home from the first moment. Every detail was carefully taken care of, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The view from the house is simply stunning, with the sea just ahead of us, allowing us to enjoy unforgettable moments to see it stretch as far as the view reaches. In addition, the homemade Érika deserves a special highlight! His sympathy and dedication were instrumental in making our stay even more enjoyable. Always ready to help and with a smile on her face, she made us feel truly special.

We were delighted, well wooded and quiet place. The pool is a delight, my children loved it. The house is super well equipped and clean. The service and availability of the wordless Marinete, note 10. We are very comfortable and well received by Carmem. We'll come back again for sure.

It was a happy find that I would definitely return and recommend, I looked for a large space for our days with our dogs and it was better than I expected. It felt like home and safe.

Simply amazing and cozy, we'll definitely come back more often. What I liked the most was the empathy of letting us out later on Sunday since on the day of the check in we arrived much later than expected on account of work. I don't even have a claim to make.

The house perfectly met our needs. The town of Larissa was super requests at all times when we need it. We love it! :) Two points only, it is that you can't do much on foot, as the streets are steep beeem and there was a lot of tingles at the kitchen counter/sink, so you couldn't leave food there. Otherwise, it's okay.

The accommodation is very good, with the high point the bed that is wonderful. It has almost everything that is necessary for a good stay without having to take anything, it was missing only basic items such as salt, oil and sugar that in the description it says it has, but does not have, and it would also be very good to have at least one macaw to put on the clothes, as there is no cupboard, just a small dresser. The beach at the front of the property is excellent, calm and peaceful. However, we had a lot of problems with the internet that was very unstable and outside several times, and inexplicably the cell phone also does not take very well inside the house, this hindered the days we had to work from there and tb it was not possible to watch TV once, so if you do not need Internet, we recommend it.
