Great stay! The house was impeccable, with plenty of space, well arranged and clean. The location is great, very close to the beaches of Julião and Feiticeira. It was very worth it!

We spent 3 wonderful weeks in this amazing house. In this time we felt already at home. Its a truly amazing place. The location could not be better. Its very central but still feels super local and not super touristic. You can reach everything you need walking. Denise and Andre are very helpful and supportive hosts. We fell in love with this place and will return for sure.

The house is wonderful, very well equipped, exactly as shown in the photos, the rooms are large, very clean, the furniture is great, we didn't miss anything!! The condominium is fantastic, organized, safe and beautiful!! The service was the icing on the cake, Clélia cooked and served us impeccably!! We already want to go back!!

The house is exactly as described and as shown in the images. It has EVERYTHING that is needed for those who want to cook. It is not right on the sand, but it is worth the walk in a straight line to the sea of Baraqueçaba, I believe around 500m. The house has a water filter and beach utensils (chairs, a cart that turns into a table, umbrella… the only thing I think can be improved is having a large air conditioner in the hallway, because in this heat it helps to control the internal temperature because the house is full of huge windows (very beautiful indeed). There is a market and bakery nearby. We adopted the week we spent there and the host's friendliness.

We love the ap! Extremely smelling, careful, with all the utensils, close to absolutely everything, beach 300m… A perfect find! Not to mention that Su is a princess and helped us with information and quick response! We love and intend to return soon!

Daniela and Flávio's space is simply sensational. The location is great and close to the beach. In addition, the house is very beautiful, it was clean and organized when we arrived. The best thing, without a doubt, was the kindness and ease of communication with the hosts. Daniela and Flávio were very nice, attentive and helped me with all my requests. Ellen was a great host, very friendly and responding to us every time we needed something. The place was spotless, very tasty!

Quiet place for a couple, especially if you prioritize having the main meals outside. Well-equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, but it only has a small pot. Only point of attention for those that likes to organize meals. My fiancé and I worked from there and we had no problems with the stability of the internet. Easy to get around by car. Right in the middle of the north and south zone making it easy to get to know different beaches. Local was well cleaned. I recommend and would go again.

My stay was simply wonderful! Check-in and check-out were super easy and fast, which made it even more practical. Carlos was extremely helpful and has always been available for any questions or needs. The place is amazing, very comfortable and well located. I loved the experience and absolutely will come back more often. I recommend without hesitation!

Everything is beautiful! The apartment is just like the photos. The complex and location are divine. Just keep in mind that the complex is located on the hill, so everything is steep and the distances are more complicated to walk than what the complex appears.

Cleusa was very attentive, it gave us all the necessary support for a quiet and enjoyable stay. The apartment is impeccable, organized, clean, with appliances, household items that make us feel at home and the view to the sea is amazing. We love the flat! Everything very clean and very cozy, exactly as in the pictures and description. The natural pool that has in the condominium is indispensable of so wonderful! Bruno was solicited and polite, and was super flexible in relation to check in and checkout, I had no issues during the stay! Thanks for having us, we're definitely going back!
