Carla was a great host, available and responsive from the start of the reservation, ready to answer and assist us in whatever we needed. Carla solved all the demands we had, including going to the location to answer questions. The house contains three good bedrooms. The living room and kitchen are large and very functional, providing comfort. The garage, although tight, fits two large cars. The swimming pool is small. Check-in and check-out took place with the utmost tranquility. The detail of this accommodation is the location, which is very good in relation to the beach of macumba, in Recreio, close to the beach and supermarkets. However, upon arrival, the GPS directed us to the location, passing through a community, which is close to the property. Nothing happened during this trip and during the stay, but the feeling of arriving at the place, passing through the community was not cool, taking into account the context narrated in RJ. Highlight for Barra and Grumari beaches, excellent and very close to the property.

It looks like we went to a resort! Since the first contact with Viviane was excellent, all the doubts were solved quickly, the apartment is amazing, the kitchen is totally complete, bathrooms clean with smelling towels, clean and very comfortable bedrooms, air conditioning cooling a lot in the bedrooms, the balcony is sensational, everything impeccable! The condominium is great, quiet and calm, our puppy loved too, has a market, safe area for hiking, has several sports courts, we don't leave for almost anything, ifood and any delivery arrives fast, nearby markets, we keep our car in the visitor's garage that is closed and safe! It was the best experience we had with Airbnb!

Our stay was excellent! We were in 2 couples and each stayed in a room. The description corresponds faithfully to the site, and the location is exactly as in the pictures. Ivana maintained fast and objective communication before the stay and on the day of our checkin, she kindly allowed us to enter before the time, since we arrived early in Rio de Janeiro. What made our time more fruitful and allowed us to enjoy our tour more. I will definitely be staying again at a next opportunity!

I loved it!! I highly recommend it, it's the first time I've rented an airbnb in Rio, and I wanted to go to some places around Barra, and honestly it was the best option I could have chosen. Easy access to Barrashopping and Shopping Via Parque, I went by car and there is a parking space, it is inside a hotel, and it is a great place to stay, I paid a fair price and I loved it and would totally rent it again. It was just me and my boyfriend, it's a great place for 2 people (maximum 3 and sleeping together in the same double bed). The owner Fábricia was super attentive and explained every detail perfectly. I highly recommend it!!!! There's even a bakery and convenience store, just go down the stairs on the first floor. I loved the experience.

I stayed for a full month and loved it—I wanted to stay even longer! The house is exactly as described. Pros: Great neighborhood, easy access to the beach, and very dog-friendly. Sonia is wonderful. Cons: The street noise is constant and quite loud. Overall, I was very happy with my stay!

The appartment has all standart equippement and is well alight. It does lack luxury but if that is not what the renter is looking for the surroundings and the hospitability of henrique will make up for it at ease. We had a great stay!
