Everything was great. Apartment very close to BR, with all convenience nearby, in addition to the condominium structure itself. It's worth it.

House in a wooded neighborhood... a lot of contact with nature... good for resting. Swimming pool and play area ideal for children.

I traveled to Itapoá with my mother and my two dogs and Rafael's accommodation was perfect for us! It was easy to find and get to the place and even though the street was not paved, we had no problem with access, even on rainy days. The house is great, it is in a quiet neighborhood and you can walk to the waterfront, just 2 blocks, and the beach in the area is quiet, with lifeguard stations. My dogs loved the lawn and the pool was impeccably clean! Rafael and Tati were very nice and welcomed us with great affection, cookies and cold juice! The house has air-conditioning and the balcony has great fans. The screens on the windows and doors are certainly one of the best features of the house as we did not have to worry about insects. I needed to work during the stay and the Internet is great, it worked even during a heavy rain we had one night. It was a perfect day of rest, we will definitely be back!

Check in was very good, I even managed to do it a little earlier. The house is great, all rooms with air conditioning, good appliances, all working perfectly. The pool is very good and very large, and still has a barbecue with sink and benches and chairs near the pool. Silmara served us super well and clarified all doubts about the house.

The place had everything described in the listing, and the WIFI worked very well. The house's kitchen is very spacious and complete. It also has a comfortable grill in the garage area. The house turned out to be more beautiful than the expectations we had created from what we saw in the photos, and it is also located near downtown and Enseada beach. The cleanliness is impeccable and the host was always willing to help us during our stay.

We like the stay very much, the house is cozy and spacious, it has all the necessary utensils, two great bathrooms, it is easy to find, it has a supermarket and pharmacy nearby, and it is not very far from the beach, we will definitely return, we recommend it.

Apartment on the tenth floor, half a block from the beach. Organized and new. All rooms with sea view, kitchen/living room together, very well equipped kitchen, all utensils in the school, coffee maker, sandwich maker, air fryer. Small balcony with BBQ. One suite and one bedroom, both with a double bed. Perfect for up to 4 people. Safe building, clean, with wi fi at the entrance, the garage is a little complicated, very tight, with three floors, there is no big car. But it was easy to leave your car on the street. Beach is quiet, market and pharmacy nearby.

Spacious and pleasant apartment with an extended balcony that is a very favorable point. The air-conditioning did not account for the day, but it was because it was very hot, the night cooled well. Equipped with basic items that supply for the days off. We didn't miss it, it was really nice. I will return more often for sure. And the condominium, it's perfect. Everything a family needs to rest and have moments together, beach, swimming pool, games, sport and at Carnival we still had party in the pool. If I could score 1,000 I would give it! Luana is also very much in demand, when I asked to book the outdoor barbecue, she promptly assisted us.
