Stunning cottage St-Lawrence River

We spent a couple of days in September at Catherine's place and it was fantastic. We found the house to be very well appointed (particularly the kitchen!) and some of the extra amenities were nice to have (the sauna was very nice). It was great being right on the St. Lawrence River and peaceful to sit on the deck, watch the birds and enjoy a cup of coffee during the sunrise. We did a bit of fishing off the deck and found it to be surprisingly good! Being right on the water the mosquitos were really bad, but I think that is probably to be expected. The house is on a busy road, so if you are like us and bring your four-legged friend along, walking them on a road with folks driving by at 60+ mph is a bit unsettling. We made a couple of trips into Montreal, and while it's a bit of a hike (~50 miles), it was a fairly easy drive and took about an hour. Overall we had a really nice time and we would certainly recommend to anyone looking to spend some time on the river around Montreal!

Highly recommend booking the Sweet espace! If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing spot, this is it. It is 10 minutes away from St-Sauveur village which is also nice if you’re looking into going out to eat, to shop or to do any outdoor activity. It is also very close to Morin-Height’s ski hill. The host is very friendly, communicates fast and the instructions were very clear. It is always a pleasure to stay at this cottage!

We had a great time! Loved the hot tub, sauna, pool table and ping pong table. Kitchen is welll stocked and the place was clean. Very spacious and comfortable beds. Olivia and Robert were great hosts, quick to respond and very helpful. Close to many ski hills and 15 minutes from Saint Sauveur. Loved our stay!

Very private cottage on a cul-de-sac surrounded by nature! Spotless on the inside and easily separated three families amongst the three floors. We were even granted permission for our great-grandparents to come celebrate a birthday dinner with their little ones creating lasting memories for four generations! Thank you for everything and see you again the next time we're in the area!

Daniela’s chalet is beautiful situated in my favorite part of the Laurentians. It’s right on a massive network of cross country ski trails, and you feel like you have a private sanctuary in the woods. Highly recommend this little slice of Heaven. I stayed about 3 months for work and it was exactly what I needed. Kitchen has needed tools, laundry and bathroom also worked great. Lal was a fabulous host and restocked anything like toiletries and cleaning supplies as I needed them. He was also very responsive. I want to address I saw in another review about noise- in 3 months I never had a problem, it is a shared wall to a main living space but it 100 times better than being in a hotel. If I do another long stay in the area it will definitely be here. It was a quiet neighborhood and during warm months within easy walking distance to lake and parks
