Monthly Rentals in Île Notre-Dame

This place was a real find. It is quiet and centrally located. Twelve minute walk from the metro, 4 minute walk from a major supermarket, one minute from a major park. This place is exceptionally well-maintained. The host is very responsive, and seems quite compassionate and helpful. The place is quiet and clean. What I like best about it is all the little touches that make up this place, because the host takes pride in keeping this place beautiful. What more can you ask for?

Excellent place which is very well equipped for long stays. Jimmy has thought about everything one needs for an efficient stay. Would highly recommend this place!! Very responsive and friendly hosts. Made stay so much more easier because of this.

A very enjoyable one month stay in this spacious and modern Airbnb. Walkable to all of Old Montreal. Everything was exactly as depicted in the Airbnb listing with easy to follow check-in instructions provided by the host. Kitchen comes equipped with everything needed and the clothes washer and dryer proved very useful during the stay. Very spacious with windows offering views of downtown Montreal.
