First of all, Ms. Fatma is a really nice host. Very friendly, tolerant, friendly, polite lady. She asked if I need anything at every turn She was very helpful. She even offered me pancakes one morning. I was very well accommodated. The house was literally spotless. It was spotless from towels to bed, wardrobe to kitchen utensils. I had no issues with check-ins and outs. Thanks to Ms. Fatma, she was flexible. Kitchen utensils are fine Extremely quiet, calm and peaceful neighborhood. A few minutes walk to the sea. The sea is very nice. It has a spacious and immaculate feel. A few minutes by car from the center of Foça. The grocery store is also a 5-10 minute walk away. It was a great and hassle free stay for me.

A well appointed apartment in a convenient neighbourhood to explore Izmir. Street parking is tough but there is a paid lot across the street.

I think the customer is valued when the house is clean. We were very comfortable in the house, everything was considered. The garden is very cute , the air is very clean, close to the market,restaurants and the most beautiful is close to the sea. I recommend it for everything. We stayed at Ms. Fulya's house for 3 nights with my friends. Although the location is spectacular, we were blown away by the spirit of the house. It was decorated with a very beautiful and original simplicity. Ms. Fulya was very helpful. He returned to each of our questions very quickly. Foça is a very pleasant place in general. The people are friendly, the prices are affordable and the food is delicious. The house was extremely clean, we can say it's one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had. the location of the house is 5 minutes by walking to the beach. There is a migros and local market right on the lower street. We received the house immaculately. The beds were comfortable. There was everything you could need in the kitchen. It was thoughtful that there were spices, oil, napkins, paper towels, drinking water. The house is quite pleasant, the upper balcony is very nice, the upper balcony is blowing. The patio is very pleasant. It is on a calm, quiet street. We worked remotely for 4 people for 1 week and we did not have any internet problems. I would definitely prefer it when I come back. I would also like to thank Ms. İlknur for asking if we need it from time to time.

Our stay was great. The host was easily accessible and check-in & check-out were straightforward. We had accidentally caused something and it was quickly resolved and we were able to repair the damage. We received some recommendations for Izmir and coffee and tea were provided. This place is absolutely stunning! The view is breathtaking, the apartment is perfectly clean. The bed is very comfortable and the linen is clean and fresh. Separately, I want to note the hostess — she was incredibly friendly and helped us from the very first moment. She told me how to figure it out on the island and recommended many interesting places to visit. Her warmth and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. I recommend this place to anyone who plans to come to the island — it's really unforgettable!
