Monthly Rentals in Il Prato

Great apartment. We spent 2 weeks there with our baby and felt very comfortable. We were warmly welcomed by Marco's parents. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. In particular, the kitchen was very well equipped and perfect for cooking. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. Downtown is about 15 minutes walking. The pine forest and the beach there are about 30 minutes walk via a road with little traffic. The car can be parked right in front of the house on the side of the road. We would definitely book the apartment again and can also recommend it for longer stays.

This is our third time staying with Giovanni and Enza and as always, we are very satisfied! Particularly noteworthy is that the apartment has heating, so that even the cool and rainy April weather inside was not felt. We will be happy to come back and look forward to having discovered this apartment as a permanent starting point in Tuscany and as a feel-good place for us.
