I highly recommend this apartment. Everything is just like it is on the pictures, very clean and neat. Location is perfect. The host communication is on top, quick and very helpful.

Spacious studio room that is on the Main Street and in walking distance to the beach. Private parking is a bonus! Host was very easy to communicate with. A beautiful, clean place with all that you need. 10/10

Beautiful, clean and modern apartment. A block right on the beach, a beautiful view of the sea (only under the balcony is a mess due to the construction of the block next door). Fast wifi, apartment equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in this cozy brand new apartment. It had everything we needed for a long stay. The internet was good, which was great since we work from home. There was a local market and bakery close by for everything we needed. 15-20 minute walk to the center. Two minute walk to Secret Beach. It's the off season, so there was a lot of construction during our stay. When we reached out to the host before booking they did mention that and were kind enough to go take a video to let us know how much noise. Vasil picked us up from the bus stop and helped us to the apartment. He had a lot of great recommendations for the area and it was nice chatting with him. The host was available for any of our needs and responded quickly. Overall we had a great stay and hope to stay here again in the future.

Margarita and her family were so kind and helpful and the apartment was lovely. It was clean, well equipped, and in a good location walking distance from beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. Would definitely recommend!

The place is conveniently located, very quiet and a little away from the rest of the hustle and bustle in Ksamil. Perfect location and wonderful accommodation - we felt very comfortable. Limos is a very pleasant and friendly host who lovingly takes care of his guests. We were very happy here and will be happy to come back.

Absolutely wonderful stay. It’s nicer than the pictures. The beach is your backyard and the sunsets are breathtaking. Krista was very responsive and helped us with everything. We had the whole beach to ourselves and it was great for a family vacation. There is a wonderful restaurant nearby called manxrurane which had incredible food and a very friendly staff. Can’t wait to visit again!!

This house was absolutely perfect — even better than described! It’s much more spacious than it looks in the photos, and every detail exceeded our expectations. We travel often, and this has truly been the best place we’ve ever stayed. We spent two weeks here with our two young children, and it immediately felt like home. The house is spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well-equipped. From the stunning view and fully stocked kitchen to the cozy, comfortable beds — everything was just perfect. The garden is also a dream, a peaceful and beautiful space to relax and enjoy. Maria is a fantastic host — warm, generous, and thoughtful. She welcomed us with open arms and made sure we had everything we needed and more. Her care and attention made our stay even more special. Highly, highly recommended!

We had the pleasure of returning to Rania, George, and Iliana's beautiful Airbnb for a second time, and we were delighted with our stay! Once again, we were greeted with the same warm hospitality. George and Rania made sure that everything was just as wonderful (if not better) than last year. They responded to all of our questions and requests with the same care. The house remains as cozy and clean as we remembered. We were able to rediscover the local bars and restaurants right at our doorstep, and the incredible beaches nearby. This time, we made sure to explore even more, and the suggestions from George and Rania helped us find some lovely new spots around Lefkimmi. We already loved the place after our first stay, but after our second visit, we are certain that we will keep coming back! Thank you so much, Rania and George, for being such wonderful and welcoming hosts, for treating us like family and making us feel at home!

We had a very good stay at Kohyli House, The location is amazing, as is the View ! You are at 30 seconds of walking time to the small semi-private Beach, where you can find some sunbeds and paddles for you to use. You can relax and enjoy the sound of the sea, and eat or work on the table with the best view possible. The place is very calm and suitable for rest and relaxation. The appartement is small but cute, with everything you need. We had the pleasure to enjoy the presence of two cute cats that are living in the neighbourhood :) Marina was a very pleasing and reactive host, i definitely recommend this place !

Great place beautiful sunset on the terrace . The house has everything you need to cook and relax coffee machine toaster oven shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom super well equipped. A lovely welcome pack with beer water jam bread milk etc… amazing . I also want to thanks Nikos for being so so kind and flexible with our check in and check out what a star. Highly recommend the place super spacious very clean and in a great village with lovely taverns .thank you

The apartment is a little bit difficult to access but I believe it’s tightly related to Sarandë’s topography :) other than that, the place is really clean and cozy ! The hosts are really nice and available. Would definitely recommend this place (if you have a car)

The super host of super hosts . Chris is incredibly helpful and makes the check in so simple. He is extremely responsive and even helped us out out with a minor medical emergency. The apartment is prefect with an amazing location.

We absolutely loved our stay! The large balcony with the bean bags, and the proximity to the small beach (which is small and rocky but beautiful!) was absolutely perfect for us. The walk to the promenade was supposedly 30-45 minutes according to Maps, but it never felt that long as it was completely flat. And there was always restaurants/bars/shops, or cats (!) to look at on the way. We really appreciated having a washing machine which meant we could freshen up our beach towels etc. and the kitchen was well equipped to make all your meals there if you wanted to. There was also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a handful of small supermarkets. Would definitely recommend and return.

We were very comfortable in this apartment. Everything is very new and in good shape. Andrew gave us great attention with a quick response whenever we needed it. If you plan to spend the night in Sarandë, this is a great place to do it.

Laureta’s apartment was really nice and modern! It was a nice location with a really nice beach near and a few nice restaurants at the bottom. Ksamil was only a 10 min drive. Laureta was very active with making sure we were okay and giving us so many ideas of what to do in Saranda, the communication was spot on. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we had a great time :)
