Monthly Rentals in Iggio

I stayed with Enzo with a friend in early January. The experience was very pleasant and satisfying. Enzo is a very welcoming person and available to provide directions and information. She welcomed us with great care and friendliness! And what a surprise to hear some good music in the little theater you've created! The house is small but very cozy and well cared for. We'll definitelybe back in the summer!

The room is very tasteful, tidy and clean, and very functional.Just sorry we were a little later than the stated check out time and the host didn't blame us.

This is, without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb stays in Italy, hosted by the best host. I have stayed in many Airbnb homes over the past 10 years, and while I have been satisfied with most of them, Francesca and her home truly deserve the highest praise. The apartment exceeded all my expectations, meeting every need with top-quality equipment and furnishings. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, closets - everything was simply perfect. Beyond that, the location is fantastic. If you were moving to Parma permanently, this is probably the first neighborhood you would consider. You are just a few minutes' walk from everything -supermarkets, the city center, restaurants...- yet the apartment remains incredibly quiet, with no noise or chaos whatsoever. Francesca, with her kindness and attentive attitude, is not only a fantastic host but also a truly wonderful person. I will be staying in Parma for a while longer, and I will always recommend Francesca’s home to any friends visiting me in Parma.

Modern and clean apartment, very comfortable with everything you need at your disposal. Property always available for every need and every request. I had a great time!
