Restaurants, mini market, clinic, pharmacy, bus station, kiosks will be less than 1 minute by foot from your home.

Enjoy the serenity of the Cretan countryside in our ocean and valley view home. The 15 sqm house, equipped with kitchennette and full bath, has picturesque views of the island Psira that you can enjoy from your private terrace. Take a 15 minute stroll through the olive groves and arrive at Tholos beach for a dip in the crisp waters of the mediterranean sea. The surrounding area is rich in ancient history, with many gorgeous beaches, gorges, and archeological sites to visit.

Melinas House

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.

Kallos Lux Apartment (1st floor) is a full renovated property (2022) and offers all the facilities you need to feel like home, either for your vacation either for a few days getaway. In 55sqm there is a bedroom with one double bed, living room with one sofa-double bed and an arm chair-single bed. Also there is a fully equipped kitchen and dinning table with chairs. From the balcony you'll enjoy Ierapetra View and Sea View.

Our ground floor studio is located in a quiet area, 2 minutes from the center of Ierapetra. Next door there are supermarkets, a bakery, patisseries, etc. A short distance away there are cafes and bars, the beautiful beaches of the city, as well as the pier with the boats that will take you to the beautiful island of Chrysi. In the courtyard of the house you will enjoy your breakfast and in the late afternoon your wine.
