We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnik Landscape Park.

Chalet Nebeská in the Orlické Mountains

Chalet Nebeská is located in the Orlické Mountains in the village of Nebeská Rybná, there is year-round use. In winter, just a short distance to the famous ski resort Říčky, in summer the area offers a large number of bike trails and hiking trips. A few meters higher is a golf club or football golf with a restaurant that children will love. In the cottage, you will be captivated by the view directly into the treetops and it is fully equipped with everything you might need. We believe you will have unforgettable moments here.

Maringotka at buckle in Bohouše

Do you want to get out of the city and enjoy nature and animals? I offer accommodation in a caravan on a hill near Bohouš in the village of Horní Dobrouč in the Orlické podhůří. Four people can sleep comfortably in the caravan. It is equipped with a bathroom, flush toilet and gas stove. You will be accompanied by chickens, dogs and cats during your stay. You will have a smokehouse, a fireplace, a grill and a place for a tent. For a small fee, it is possible to ride donkeys and ponies. Or rent an electric rickshaw.

We invite you to year-round wooden cottages located in the heart of the Kłodzko Land, near the Śnieżnik Massif and Międzygórze. Each cottage offers a cozy living room with kitchenette, a comfortable bedroom and a bathroom. They are also equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV and Netflix for evening entertainment. Outside, there are deckchairs, hammocks, a barbecue and a place for a bonfire. It is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday, both for active people and those looking for a break in nature.

In summer, it's the greatest pleasure to sit on the patio and look at the forest, the meadow and the smuggling game, the children's playground. You'll sit by the grill or fire pit. Be sure to go to the mountains. You can visit the entire Kotlin from us. We're the perfect getaway. We'll bake homemade bread for you.

I rent a comfortable, bright room in a quiet area surrounded by forest. The Polanica promenade is within a 10-minute walk through the forest (a popular shortcut) or a little further along the asphalt road. Equipment: kitchenette + pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Comfortable double bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Wardrobe with mirror, dresser, ironing board, iron, TV with Netflix apps. There is a barbecue and a table with chairs. The area is very quiet with mountain views.

It is perfectly illuminated, because it has two large, sloping terrace windows. It is located at the end of the corridor, which ensures the comfort of silence. The advantage is the proximity of the ski resort in winter and hiking and cycling routes in summer. Nearby, you will find great food infrastructure.

Designed for 4-7 people, the Studio will equally welcome a family, a pack of friends, and two couples, and even two families. There is a spacious fireplace living room with a seating area with large glazing for children, dancing or yoga, a kitchen with a dining area for 10 people, a stone terrace with a coffee table, a sofa and armchairs, and two lockable bedrooms.
