This is a neat and comfortable home away from home in a quiet Wulguru backstreet. It is part of an older style duplex but the inside is modern and clean, with fabulous security including sensor lights. Parking is undercover and at the front door. The kitchen was great and fully equipped and stocked with all the little bits you will need. In fact, it is been the best I’ve experienced in this regard! There was even a packet of Tim Tams in the fridge 😊 The beds were comfortable with blockout curtains and lots of windows for natural light. The bathroom was compact but modern and clean. Air conditioning worked well. The laundry was in a separate area at the back with access to a huge yard, clothes line and outdoor seating area with shade sail. The couch is ok, and could have allowed for more seating and been a little more supportive (but still comfortable enough.) The location is a little removed from the city, but its close proximity to the ring road made for easy access by car.

My recent stay in Townsville was most enjoyable given the great accommodation location and comfort. Robert and Julie are the perfect hosts and keep a beautiful greenery area of tropical plants for just relaxing in. I thoroughly recommend them as hosts and also the location. This location for me was convenient as I was visiting a friend in a nearby retirement village.

I had a pleasant stay at Dan and Lisa's place. Dan was friendly and responsive, maintaining good communication throughout my stay. The home was clean and nicely decorated, and they were friendly hosts. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

What a great spot! Super homey & clean. Leah was kind and welcoming & showed us around among arrival. She provided so many extras such as snacks, soaps and hair amenities, which was very appreciated. The beds were comfortable & bathroom & kitchen were both tidy and clean. Leah was easy to get ahold of, and answered our questions rather quickly when we had them, which was appreciated. Would recommend!
