Fully furnished apartment (about 65 sqm) in a quiet location nearby the Isarauen. Fully renovated 3-room apartment with new bathroom ( incl. Washing machine )as well as absolutely new kitchen included Basic equipment for cooking. In addition, there is a cot ( 1-3 years ) and a high chair. For all Hubert & Staller fans. On September 19, 2018, our house (ground floor and garden) was a backdrop for filming. Since we live in times of the coronavirus, our apartment is disinfected after each holiday guest.

You can take a swim in the Lake in front of the house, you can go stand up paddling oder got to the beach beside the house.There is a small restaurant and a surf-corner in summer at the beach. shops for food you can find 5min to walk from your appartement. You can find a Kitchen, a bath-room and a store-room in your appartement.

Not suitable for small children! 30 qm apartment (160x200 bed) with a small shower room and a small kitchen in a quiet residential area. New house rule: Guests who have only booked 1 night are only allowed to use the kitchen to make tea or coffee. Use of the kitchen is only possible for stays of 2 nights or more. Unfortunately, many guests leave the kitchen in a state that requires a lot of cleaning and unnecessarily increases costs. I'm sorry!

Unsere Unterkunft liegt ruhig im Wohngebiet nahe am Wald (3 min) und nahe zum See (10 min.). Im Ort ist alles vorhanden. Und zu Fuss erreichbar. Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Berge an den See nach München. Wunderbarer Erholungsort. Schlosspark und Badestrand sind in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Biergärten und Restaurants sind bequem ohne Auto zu erreichen.
