Beach house vacation rentals in Iceland

We traveled with an infant and since no one was using the place the day before, Hildur allowed us to come straight from our flight! It was so incredibly nice of them and my daughter appreciated the opportunity to catch up on some sleep. Overall, the place is beautiful, spacious, and had an incredible review. I’d recommend this AirBnb to anyone!

We loved the Clubhouse! Staying in Hvammsvik Hot Springs was a highlight. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed wishing to catch the Northern Lights and we were lucky enough to do so each night and be there for a huge solar storm. We ventured out the first night and after that realized we were able to stay comfy at our airbnb and see them both in the front yard and backyard. The house was spacious and our children 7 & 1 loved the books and toys available. We were offered a portable crib and high chair which were convenient. There were plenty of novels for adults and a variety of books on Iceland. There is a washer and large drying rack, dishwasher, and full kitchen which was wonderful since it is a serene spot you can relax and not run down the road 15 minutes for food or coffee. I enjoyed walking the road to the church and admiring the horses next door. The location is remote and going to parks or the city required an hour drive. Our host was gracious and extended our check out which was helpful. Thank you for your hospitality.

This host is fantastic. I originally booked the wrong date, and she worked with me to adjust it even though it was my mistake and the booking was non refundable. The home was large and beautiful, and well priced - especially in comparison to other options. The kitchen was amazing.

What a lovely home that is well situated on the Golden Circle. The house has 4 bedrooms and easily accommodated our family. Very quiet and isolated. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook the entire week we stayed there. It was unseasonably warm when we arrived at the house and for the rest of the week we were there and were so glad that there were kayaks for the lake! We used them multiple times a day and were they highlight for my kids. The bedrooms also had fans to use to cool down the house as it got warm. The house was very clean and easy to checkin. It was a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend.

If you want pictures of Kirkufell this place truly can't be beat. We were blessed with a beautiful Aurora the first night. The rest of the peninsula had so many beautiful sites and places to explore. It felt remote yet was close to a quaint town with a great cafe and coffee shop that were actually open this time of year!

Holmfridurs place is cozy, neat and comfortable, and the town is very peaceful. She was always very nice and quick to answer any doubts we had. I certainly recommend it while being around Hvammstangi.

Extremely well stocked with supplies and all sorts of gadgets and home comforts. Christmas decorations and a small gift for each of the children along with a bottle and chocolates were such a thoughtful and nice touch as we were staying over Christmas Day. Just bear in mind it’s a tourist attraction so if you don’t lock the door you may get an unexpected visitor. We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of character and very homely.

We enjoyed our stay at the lovely house. Our highlight was for sure the lovely living area with its huge windows to watch the ocean and the arriving planes as well as fabulous whirlpool :)

Great location that’s outside the hustle of downtown Reykjavik. Sweet neighborhood and extremely well-kept home with beautiful backyard. Highly recommend.

The accommodation was the perfect stopover for our trip through the Westfjords. Everything was as described, clean, and very cozy, and we felt comfortable. The place offered great landscapes, and we were satisfied. We would stay here again anytime.

My son and I needed a place to stay for a night and we were lucky to order from Patrycju. She made us feel very welcome and exemplary. Will take advantage of this again if I need Akranes.

Beautifull hose across from the most beautiful pool in Iceland. Can't be a better location. Amazing view, northern lights and the best pool. House is spacious clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night but could easily stay more. Highly recommended

Stayed here with my family of four. Place is perfect. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped. Felt safe and beautiful location. Were able to see the northern lights in a clear evening.

The property was perfectly located in Vik, it was walking distance to restaurants/ stores (weather permitting). It was very clean, had plenty of space for my party of 6 adults. The house had everything we needed and made us feel right at home. We loved our stay!

The ocean view from this home was absolutely stunning. The location was great, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. The host was incredibly helpful. I had a wonderful stay!

Good place to stay near downtown.

This place is a wonderful, peaceful escape! It is a bit removed from things, but it was exactly what we were looking for. We saw the northern lights multiple times. Absolutely perfect!!

Very clean. 4 separate bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (one has a shower and the other has a big comfortable bathtub) make this place very comfortable for multiple people. Area is very quiet and great restaurants are in walking distance. Close by grocery store is very convenient. Private parking off street. This place is a gem. Would definitely stay here again.

Arnor's place was absolutely beautiful! His instructions were clear making the home easy to find! The home is exactly as pictured, absolutely beautiful. Very clean and felt so homey. He was very kind and so helpful, my daughter was sick during our stay and there was a language barrier between the pharmacist and my husband and he called the pharmacy and typed everything out in Icelandic for my husband to show the pharmacist when he went back a second time, we were able to get her medicine and he checked in on us to see how she was doing. It was so very kind of him and I'm so appreciative to have such a kind host. If I'm ever back on this side of Iceland I would absolutely rebook with him or recommend him/his home to anyone!!
