Andre was great! Responsive and accommodating. The place was clean, walkable and as advertised.

We had 6 of us, perfect size for us for the two days we spent there. Cute balconies in each room. Emily was veryaccommodating for us for our luggage. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved the stay here and will come back next time. The location is excellent next to all our favorite spots and restaurants in Gracia. The apartment is exactly as described and we felt right at home. We traveled with our 9 month old baby who also enjoyed the apartment. Only the steep and narrow staircase was a challenge with our baby stroller. But Juan was so kind to offer us a spot where we could store it without carrying it up to the apartment. Overall: definitely recommended to stay here

We had a wonderful four days in this comfortable relaxing apartment. We felt instantly at home there and were able to cook for ourselves easily in the compact but well equipped kitchen space. The apartment was a perfect base for some amazing walks, two (easily more) from the front door, that both seemed magically to end up at the bar by the little Rio Nivandi (from where the apartments presumably get their name) in Espinsma just nearby - thirst quenching cañas of Radler and Ambar flowing nicely!

En el centro del pueblo, la plaza está cerrada por la noche al tráfico de vehículos, lo que la hace un lugar tranquilo para descansar. El apartamento recibe mucha luz natural y según tengo entendido, en su día recibió un premio por ls soluciones arquitectónicas. El anfitrión se adelantaba a nuestros pensamientos. Muy recomendable.

Apartamento que refleja 100% el anuncio, cuando llegamos estaba todo limpio y ordenado. Habitación con 2 grandes armarios con suficiente almacenaje. Cocina con multitud de menaje útil para diversas tareas. Pequeño espacio privado donde disfrutar de un buen libro, tomar el sol o jugar con tu amigo peludo. Comunicación clara y rápida con Anne-So.

Le logement a toutes les commodités nécessaires pour y passer un bon séjour. Nous etions 4 et etions venus pour skier à Granvalira. La situation de l'appartement est idéale pour cela. Encamp est une petite bourgade calme et familiale. Enfin, notre hôte, Marc est une personne très agréable, à l'écoute et hyper disponible. Je recommande à 100%

Petite maison avec tout le confort à 10 minutes en voiture de la superbe plage de la Barrosa. Pas de commerces à proximité aussi il est préférable d’avoir une voiture. Marta est très accueillante

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Loved the terrace, it was ideal for meals outside and an evening playing board games. Great location as well with plenty to do in the nearby area.

Norbert war pünktlich zur vereinbarten Zeit an der Unterkunft. Er zeigte uns alles und anschließend machte er mit uns noch eine Rundfahrten durch Olhão und zeigte uns die wichtigsten Punkte. Total nett! Das Haus ist zweckmäßig, traditionel eingerichtet, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Highlight. Danke für den Aufenthalt Norbert.

Gostamos muito da estadia, a casa está localizada numa zona muito tranquila e perto de zonas para percursos a pé e de restaurantes a poucos minutos de carro. Fomos com a nossa mascote de 4 patas e foi optimo, a casa tem imenso espaço exterior para ela correr e brincar e muito perto, localizam-se trilhos da Ecopista do Vouga. O António foi muito prestável e atento. A sua mãe, a Dona Gina, simplesmente fantástica. Muito preocupada para que não nos faltasse nada no conforto da casa e ainda teve a amabilidade de nos presentear com uns docinhos regionais muito bons. Certamente que voltaremos à Casa do Professor!

Una semana de desconexion perfecta rodeados de naturaleza.

Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser schönen Finca verbracht. Die Küche hätte etwas besser ausgestattet sein können, aber dass hat uns nicht sehr gestört. Das Meer und diverse nette Orte sind mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen. Unser Flug ging erst um 19 Uhr und wir durften bis zu unserer Abfahrt zum Flughafen in der Finca bleiben, so dass wir einen ganz entspannten Abreisetag hatten. Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder!

Jose apartment met all my expectations. Spotlessly clean and with the most amazing views . It was ideal for drinking a glass of wine and watch the sunset. The premises is right on the promenade with a lovely restaurant and bar a few metres away. Jose responded to me very promptly and there were even a few little treats upon my arrival. This accommodation was definitely worth the money and I would book it again if I revisit this lovely area

Siamo stati ospiti di Jordan, persona molto cordiale, socievole e disponibile. L’alloggio é stupendo, molto curato e ben rifinito: ordine, pulizia, facilità di accesso e flessibilità per gli orari di check-in/check-out. L’appartamento ha una vista stupenda, situato all’ottavo piano di un edificio di fronte al mare tra il porto turistico e playa de malapesquera. Difficilmente dimenticheremo il nostro soggiorno, reso indimenticabile anche dalla qualità dell’alloggio. Grazie di cuore per averci dato la possibilità di soggiornare qui. We were guests of Jordan, a very friendly, sociable and helpful person. The accommodation is wonderful, very well-kept and well-finished: order, cleanliness, easy access and flexibility for check-in/check-out times. The apartment has a wonderful view, located on the eighth floor of a building facing the sea between the marina and playa de malapesquera. Het appartement van Felix is mooi, ruim, heeft een mooi balkon, van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een prima bed! Je loopt binnen 5 minuten naar zee. Goede restaurants zijn in de buurt. Alicante is de moeite van het bezoeken waard. We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad en we raden de B&B van Felix zeker aan!

A nice stay in Mallorca. Nothing much around is opened in December as it's low peak season but we enjoyed the peace and quietness. The apartment has everything that we need. The beach is just few minutes walk away. Though we wished the balcony faces the sun to enjoy the coffee in the morning, otherwise it would be perfect!
