Everything is great, Axel and Pia are super friendly and well organized, the place was perfect in terms of location, amenities and feel-good factor. I got good tips for the evening, and even coffee and yogurt were there. Too bad I was only in Düsseldorf for a short time.

Our stay was just perfect! The host Bettina is incredibly nice, kind and helpful. The key handover went smoothly. We left on Saturday night instead of Sunday morning – that went smoothly too. We will definitely be back – with or without our daughter! For children it is a small paradise: a practical playground, a ping pong table and at Bettina there is a huge selection of games and books for children of all ages. The garden is also wonderful: table, sun loungers – there is really nothing missing. There's nothing to improve – everything was just perfect! For adults, there are beautiful hiking trails right in the area. An all-round successful stay – we look forward to the next time! Kind regards Lela and Famillie

This stay/accommodation was the best thing that could have happened to us. I have never experienced anything so heartfelt! I felt like I was visiting Grandma's house! Fresh rolls and lots of little touches for our little one. We can only recommend this place!! Thank you both very much!

We were four for a long weekend in the spacious apartment in Immendorf. Immendorf itself is a sweet village, 10 minutes by car from Koblenz with a baker for rolls in the morning. The furnishings of the apartment were complete and of high quality, the private terrace has a view out into the countryside. Annabelle was easily accessible for questions. We would mist definitely visit again.

We visited the accommodation on the occasion of my partner's birthday and were completely thrilled. Thanks to the friendly and smooth communication in advance, everything was lovingly decorated and perfectly prepared for the special occasion. The outdoor area with the hot tub was a real highlight and ensured a relaxing end to the day. The cozy terrace also invites you to linger. All in all a wonderful stay – we were very happy and would be happy to come back!

Super nice place to stay! Looks exactly like the photos. Laureen is a very dear hostess, was always available and has a fantastic style with which she decorated the house.😊 The location is super quiet, which invites you to relax. We had a great and relaxing girls weekend, would love to come back and would highly recommend the house to anyone!

We had a great family stay at this house. It is perfectly in line with the description: clean, well-equipped, spacious and very pleasant to stay in. The neighborhood is quiet and ideal for resting, while still close to amenities. The host was very responsive and welcoming, which made our check-in and checkout very easy. Micha's accommodation in the modern Flow Tower offers a beautiful view over Cologne and is easily accessible by train. The apartment has plenty of space and offers good sleeping options. The bathroom is modern and clean. Communication was via Silvana from the time of arrival and was very friendly and smooth :)

I had a wonderful stay in Stefano ‘s apartment.The location is very good,bus station,tram station are closed to the apartment.The apartment is very quiet,I can sleep very well ，there are lots of restaurants around the apartment,and they are very good. Everything is amazing,out of my expectations ,I strongly recommend this apartment.

Everything was great. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again! Super comfortable, well-equipped, and well-located. JJ answered all my questions without any problems. The instructions were very clear. If possible, it would be great to have more recommendations for places to visit or where to eat. That kind of information from someone who knows the area is always helpful. :) We regret not having a working coffee maker for breakfast, but we were able to figure it out. I would really recommend this place! Everything was impeccable. Thank you for a great stay!
