Unique and beautiful. You can walk into Franklin or drive to nearby Huonville. Excellent view over the river. Everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Hosts were very welcoming.

The unit was lovely and spacious with a beautiful bathroom and kitchen and an excellent view. It had everything you need for an enjoyable stay and lots of information about things to do in the area. Wendy is friendly and easy to communicate with. It was a relaxing couple of days.

We had the most amazing month staying at Ian’s property. We have 2 kids ages 3 and 10 months old when I mentioned we needed a few things for our baby he was quick to jump and say we can supply that, saves you travelling with it. It felt like home and was so peaceful (being country people ourselves) I cannot fault anything with this beautiful little home and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience a “farm stay”. We will be back one day in the near future. Thanks again Ian for everything.

Kym was a great host & we felt comfortable & cosy at Beatnik Cottage. It had everything you need plus plenty of colour, art & character. Its an easy walk into the main street or along the waterfront to the dock. I heartily recommend this gem & hope I get to visit again.
