This 50sqm Loft is perfect for couples or travelling friends/students visiting Budapest for short or medium stay. This district of Budapest is a unique neighborhood, and the property is located close to iconic places like Andrássy Avenue, the Opera, and the Institute of Balett. The city's famous ruin bars are also right on the next street. Day parking garage is available in the next building for daily fee. You can check out their page and make online reservation at: https://www.ezparkbudapest.com/parking/szekely-parking All metro lines are within 5 minutes walking distance. There is a gym very close to our house just one streets away (within 100meter). It is called Tempelfit and they offer good daily rates (HUF 2000) and very favourable 8 occasion rate (HUF 9000). They offer large Finnish and infra sauna, free Wifi, unlimited sugar-free soft drinks as well. If you are living an active life, you definitely have to check out this place.

penthouse LOFT with terraces

Newly renovated urban style apartment on the top floor in the highest building so with a panoramic view. Big masted 160x200. The guest bedroom is a small but with big comfortable 180x200 mattress. In the case of 5th and 6th guests we have a sofa bed 140x200. Downstairs terrace is possibly open with a kitchen during the nice weather or during cold weather is usable as well because there is a big heater. The loft is full of stylish books, apple TV, sound system and smart home app. Enjoy your stay!

Cozy apartment in the attic of a family house with city views. With two double bed, a sofa bed and a double mattress on the gallery. A well-equipped kitchen, work area, WI-FI, air conditioning and views ensure guests have the perfect relaxation. The attic is comfortable for 2 people, but can easily accommodate up to six people. The apartment is accessible through the internal stairs of the house, but is completely separated. You can find another of our apartments nearby in my profile.

Perfect location -the very centre Váci street

This apartment is situated in the very centre of the historical part of Budapest. The building was built in 1881 and has a beautiful inner garden. The apartman has been recently refurbished. The apartman is located on the most beautiful walking street of downtown, it is a 4 minutes walk from the oldest and best Market Hall. From there, accross the bridge, 3 minutes there is the oldest spa of the city, The Gellért Fürdő. The parking garage has 24-hour security service and is for tenants only.
