Beautiful place, lovely host, very clean and a lovely area, only 30/40 min drive to Hanoi - so perfectly out of the way from the busy streets!

Great location and stunning view not only from the rooftop, but from the entire flat as well! The apartment itself is a bit tired, but very spacious! We’ve spent 2 weeks here working remotely, would stay again. Also it’s peaceful location with a lot of nice restaurants around

We checked in after 10 PM, and were able to get inside with minimal issues (The main door was a bit stuck). The place was very clean and comfortable, the sheets were soft and had everything we needed. The laundry was located on the main floor and was helpful to have. Dung was responsive and helpful! Overall great location close to both train street and main old quarter by car

Nice area of Hanoi to stay in - near to the key attractions, a good park to get some exercise in, and many great restaurants nearby.

Our stay at Atlan and Minh’s apartment was beyond our expectations. The apartment itself is spacious and clean, the showers are warm and powerful and living conditions are comfy with excellent air conditioning. The host’s communication was second to none with morning messages suggesting places to eat and very rapid responses to any messages. If you are visiting Hanoi I would recommend their place for your stay!

I loved my stay here so much! It's really in the perfect area, next to the cathedral and a short stroll to the lake. Lots of restaurants and coffee places just outside the door, as well as a bank and supermarket right around the corner. The apartment is clean, bright, sunny and the kitchen fully equipped with coffee, tea, and all the other bits and pieces you might need if you want to cook! Kind of makes you feel like a local! Nguyen Ha was so nice and friendly, and so accommodating! She met me when I arrived, took me to the bank and the supermarket and made sure I had exactly what I needed for my stay. She also checked in on me every now and again, sending me a delicious treat, as well as makimg sure I was ok after a dental procedure. Highly recommended and I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Hanoi!

The place was neat and the host was very sweet and responsive!! The place had everything, lots of cutlery and towels as well as coffee and tea. It was also nice to use the premium youtube and netflix. Other than that, great location and nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable and it was a nice open space over all. Will definitely stay here again

Lovely stay with very helpful hosts!

The first moment you get into Lans place you feel removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. The wood theme rooms immediately relax you and the upstairs balcony with the array of plants is an excellent area to chill. Lan responded immediately with help or advice and we felt very much at home in the apartment.

Hosts had good communication and were very helpful in ensuring that we had a comfortable stay. Few things to note though. House was slightly dusty and did not have a lift. Photos are fairly accurate albeit slightly more dated in reality. Location was good but street was inaccessible by car due to the numerous bikes parked along the street. Pickups have to be on the adjacent street just a 1 minute walk away. Overall had a decent stay here.

Karatia’s place and Karatia and Truan -cohosts were amazing! Very responsive to all our needs. The place was very clean and as advertised! We loved the location, the roof top patio and everything included. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Everything was amazing here at Kratia’s!!! Thank you for an amazing stay and n Hanoi!

The flat is just as described. The location and the type of building where the flat is gives you a true feeling of how “real” people in Hanoi live - and that is quite rare, and something worth experiencing. The location is great, walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, and the famous train that runs by the bars… The responsiveness of the host was also superb.

The hosts were very communicative, kind, and flexible. There were cafes and restaurants nearby, and the layout of the shared private space was perfect for our group of five. Thank you for the stay!

It was a good place to stay few days

Hien was a fantastic host. Very responsive and accommodating. Incredible location. Lots to do in Old quarter with everything in walking distance. Very clean, roomy and comfy. Loved the balcony. Had friendly neighbors wave to me. Would very much recommend!

A beautiful apartment, completely remodeled, in a perfect part of the city - walkable to great shops, restaurants, and beautiful sights. A really well equipped kitchen and dining area are so useful for long stays; AC works well; bedroom is nice and dark with a comfy bed; truly everything is provided for. The balcony and views make the morning and evenings particularly nice when working or enjoying coffee. And I came at a time with a perfect breeze comes in through the windows! The building has a helpful security and is easy to access if you're staying out late. But really, its Cam and Nga who were the best part of this. Due to some visa complications, my schedule was completely thrown off - but they were so helpful, accommodating and understanding. The communication was great - and they really set you up with all the information for a perfect arrival and stay. Highly recommend and can't wait to come again!

The apartment is functional very well decorated and clean. The residential area is quiet and very beautiful and modern. The accommodation is located 30 minutes by car from the center of Hanoi which is quite close and allows you to stay a little away from the noise of the center.

What can I say- it's exactly like photo's and we LOVE the area too. So much to do right close by- easily walk all around and if you need to travel in a car, a "Grab" ride is never more than a couple minutes wait! So much in this area you could spend a couple months walking around and never see everything. We like walking and their are several nice lake/parks real close plus walking to the French Quarter is only minutes away too. If you like a large, clean place that is quiet by close to all the action - this is the place! We will be back!

Mr Ngoc is very responsive to any requests of mine and timely response too. He is dedicated and trustworthy as far as his service is concerned

I love the location. It’s right in the heart of Hoan Kiem where you can get to all the restaurants and attractions easily. It’s walkable to the Old Quarter. The building is clean and modern. The only thing i think can be done better is the bathroom. We occasionally smelled the sewage smell coming up in the bathroom. Host is very nice and responsive. We would stay here again

I really enjoyed my stay in this Airbnb. The location is really good, right in the central of the Old Quarter, and we can walk to almost everywhere during our stay. There's a flower shop which is just 3 steps from the alley, I love it a lot! The style of the apartment is so cozy and I felt like home from my first step, and the decoration is wonderful, I love every detail in this house! We stay there for more than 2 weeks and it's wonderful. I will recommend this Airbnb to everyone!
