Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.

Das Vollholz-Haus liegt mitten in Igls, dem gemütlichen Stadtteil von Innsbruck, im südlichen Mittelgebirge. Das Haus ruht charmant zwischen den alten Obstbäumen unseres Gartens, der Wohnraum ist lichtdurchflutet und großzügig. Vom ausladenden Süd-West-Balkon aus sieht man weit ins Oberinntal, im Osten fällt die Morgensonne herein und man sieht den nahegelegenen Patscherkofel, den beliebten Innsbrucker Hausberg.

Das Apart Lisa liegt sehr ruhig am Orts- und Waldesrand von Huben. Optimal für Ruhesuchende und Sportler, da zahlreiche Wander-, Berg- und Radtouren direkt vom Haus aus gestartet werden können. Die Bushaltestellte ist ca. 300 m entfernt, von dort können Sie im Winter den kostenlosen Skibus nutzen. Restaurants, Bäckerei und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar.
