Monthly Rentals in Howe Island

I have stayed here for 4 months and it is absolutely the best Airbnb I have stayed in Canada. The apartment is clean and well-organized, the host basically had everything prepared for my stay, and the housekeeper comes by every 2 weeks to clean the apartment, fantastic services. Also, the host has always been responsive and replies to any question I have within a few minutes. Definitely recommended!

My son Leo stayed at Sharon and Andrew’s apartment for four months during his exchange semester at Queen’s University. We could not have been happier with the experience. The apartment is beautiful and fully equipped with all the essentials, making it a comfortable and convenient home away from home. The apartment is just a 15-minute bus ride away from downtown Kingston. Sharon and Andrew were exceptional hosts. From the first day, they welcomed Leo and ensured his transition to Canada was smooth. They were always approachable and responded to any needs or questions immediately. Their kindness and hospitality made Leo’s stay truly memorable. We can only recommend this Airbnb, especially for exchange students planning a longer stay in Kingston.

I had an amazing stay at Elaine and Peter's place! They were very welcoming and accommodating from the moment I arrived and throughout the stay. The boathouse was spotless, right on the water and exactly as described in the listing. It felt like a tranquil home away from home! After a long day of teaching, it was a cozy and calming space I looked forward to returning to. Everyone in the neighbourhood was friendly and welcoming as well.This was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at!

Rory and his family were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They made our stay so easy and enjoyable. The house was exactly what we imagined. It's comfortable and private with beautiful views. We stayed for four weeks and really only left the island for groceries and visiting friends. We swam (water shoes definitely recommended), canoed/kayaked (if you have kids, bring their PFDs), biked, and took advantage of the amenities and shared equipment at the park just down the road. We would definitely stay here again.
