Great place to stay, spotlessly clean close to Whitby and great pub in village. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place so quaint and very quiet which was a bonus as it was Whitbys Goth weekend which was extremely busy and we could relax . Thank you Rebecca and Jack for allowing us to stay

This was the perfect place for a peaceful weekend retreat. With no TV to distract me and gorgeous countryside full of daffodils and signs of spring to enjoy, it was just what I needed to be restored. Gaynor was helpful with recommendations, and the walks were beautiful from the front door. The fresh bread was delicious from the bakery next door and the bookcase had some wonderful books to dip into. I will be recommending it to my friends.

Sarah was the best host, so friendly and helpful. The cottage was even better than I expected, you have absolutely everything you could need in beautiful, peaceful surroundings. I would definitely stay here again.
