We are in the perfect location. Exactly 100 meters from Jardin De Celeste. The bus to Ataco or Apaneca stops in front of the house.

We have propane instant hot water heaters, a washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, and secure parking.

Each room has it’s own patio, parking, refrigerator, microwave, and bathroom. Access to the washer and drier with wash basin is in the courtyard . The beds and furniture are new. Table and office chair available upon request. Fiber optic internet service to the house with multiple wifi transmitters.

Great neighborhood with the perfect climate. Hottest part of the day is from 10-12. Clouds and fog tend to roll in and cool of the afternoon. There is a small convenience store next door. There are several new restaurants as well as Jardín de Celeste.
