Family-friendly vacation rentals in Hotel Zone

This was my second time staying at Nancy’s place. I love that it’s clean and modern, Steps to pool/beach and groceries, and safe with security. Nancy is the best host - she arranged pickup and drop off to the airport for me. This is a hidden gem for anyone looking to enjoy Cancun - I’ll definitely be back a third time!

Can’t thank Blanca and Ola enough for allowing us to stay at their home. It is a beautiful location and is exactly as it is shown in the listing. The views and the pool are incredible. They lined up the transportation and ferry ride to get there from the airport. That took so much worry about the travel day away. The other concern was how to get around. They helped with renting a golf cart which we recommend for a few days. Taxis were always available right outside the condo. Look forward to our next trip there.

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb just steps away from the beach! The location couldn't have been better. The host, Augustin, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. He made check-in smooth and answered any questions I had right away. You can tell he really cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Amazing house, pool and views of the ocean. Detailed emails with links to car service (CARM) made getting from the airport to the ferry to island and back a breeze. The pool was amazing! Would highly recommend.

Gaby was amazing throughout our stay. She stayed in contact, answered our questions and went above and beyond when we needed something printing. The house is clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen and three bathrooms. Gaby has gone out of her way to make you feel at home with extra special touches like a range of hats, sun lotion and insect spray, buckets and spades for the kids all available. The pool area is beautiful. We loved spending time out there and in the jacuzzi. The sign on the wall says that she is always happy to answer questions and this is really true. we loved our stay and would recommend it to everybody.

Mely and Woody’s place was just as described. Beautiful double balconies, all of the amenities you could need for a great day at the beach. The restaurant suggestions of Los Amigos and La Bamba…don’t miss these spots the food and service were too notch! The place is within walking distance of all the Cancun party fun yet far enough away that you can get a good nights sleep in the comfy bedding. Great easy check-in, and transportation arrangements were seamless. If we could give Gustavo 5 stars we would do that too! If we are ever back in Cancun we would surely stay here again.

Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description et est très pratique. L’arrivée très ludique bec des explications claires. Correspond parfaitement à un logement utiles pour familles ou groupes d’amis. Les point de récupération des activités en bus ne sont pas loin ce qui est très pratique. Bravo à Raul et Elisa qui ont veiller par message à ce que le séjour ce soit dérouler au mieux possible. Merci beaucoup, je recommande 100%

Above everything else, Angel is a excellent host who really communicates so well and cares about your time and experience you have at his home! The apartment is perfect for everything you need and location is close enough to most popular things in the hotel zone, even by walking through the former golf course as a short cut. Angel reached out to us to offer a solution beneficial to us both for the few days in-between two separate stays at his apartment with a discounted rate, which was really helpful! . My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

La casa está muy bien ubicada, la terraza exterior con alberca es el lugar ideal para pasar toda la tarde. Los cuartos muy amplios y limpios. Daniel estuvo en comuniación constante con nosotros y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. Sin duda regresaríamos!

Great home in a nice area of cancun. many shops within walking distance, and a short drive or Uber to the hotel district and beaches. we stayed in two houses on the street for a family reunion and we loved our time there.

very cosy place close to everything you need in cancun. the little dogs were so cute and friendly. the place was nice and clean. Will definitely return when I'm in cancun!

El apartamento estaba limpio y tenía todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia corta o larga. Excelente anfitrión, comunicación clara, el apartamento está ubicado en una excelente zona y en un complejo de apartamentos tranquilo y hermoso con seguridad las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana. Fácil acceso a los restaurantes ubicados en la plaza outlet. También hay un Oxxo y una farmacia cerca. En general, fue una buena experiencia alojarse en este apartamento. I would like to return in the next visit to Cancun.

Maria's place was great. I would recommend renting a car since must of the activities are a bit far out. there is a Oxxo and a pharmacy across the street. There is also a Domino's and McDonald's a block away. Overall my family and I enjoyed out stay for the holiday and Maria was very responsive. Make sure to communicate with Maria for accurate location of the house. She was quick to respond.

Great location, the view was amazing! Right in front of La Isla which has some food, stores, and easy to get anywhere. The hot tub was great, beach was clean. Overall great.

Solo puedo mencionar que el lugar estaba increíble, limpio, y en una muy buena zona. Por lo que pagas está súper bien, tienes muchos lugares cerca, así. Cómo las playas.

My family's vacation at Cheryl's exceeded my expectations. The condo was really comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The property manager was responsive with my family's needs, and the occupants at Estrella del Mar were friendly and helpful with suggestions for local food and fun. The beach was stunning and the island told a story Mayan history. We hope to visit again one day. Thank you!

Hola el alojamiento muy bien ubicado muy cómodo no, nos hizo falta nada. nos sentimos mejor que en casa. cabe agregar que la atención de la señora Miriam fue excepcional. siempre estuvo al pendiente de nuestras necesidades y nos brindó toda la información que le requerimos. la felicito ampliamente muy buena persona.

Eva’s location was the best. Close enough to Hidalgo but still far enough for a quiet rest. There was so much to do nearby and in less than 5 mins. We rented a golf cart for our own convenience to explore the rest of the island, but could’ve walked to Playa Norte with ease. Would definitely stay here again if we come back.

Laura was exceptionally responsive and helpful. The studio is better looking than the photos, it is well furnished, had adequate space, and a well stocked kitchen. The location, across the street from the resort and next to the water park, is terrific. We will definitely return next year…great value, great host, great location and great apartment

Hermoso lugar dentro de una zona de acceso controlado. La atención brindada por Jorge, el co-anfitrión fué sobresaliente, estando siempre al pendiente de todo y dando instrucciones detalladas y sencillas, ayudando con temas de transportación y haciendo recomendaciones. Debería haber mas anfitriones como Jorge en cada ciudad que puedas visitar. Excelente lugar, muy buen aire acondicionado para soportar el clima caluroso de la zona. Hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas como Chedraui, Walmart, Oxxos cerca, indispensable si quieres comprar para cocinar en el lugar. El balcón tiene una vista inmejorable del lugar, con la vista hacia la laguna. Definitivamente nos volveríamos a hospedar de nuevo. Excelente relación precio-calidad.
