Apartment vacation rentals in Hotel Zone

The room was very clean, the beach had little sargassum compared to others we visited. The pool is very nice, the water is clean and there are plenty of loungers. Entrance staff were very kind. The shop in the condominium is very well stocked and has very good prices. Ofelia's service and communication was very fast, she responded quickly and provided solutions to some situations effectively. I would definitely come back.

Gaby was great! Super responsive, took care of all our requests. The place itself was perfect for what we needed, all toiletries were provided. Gaby also sent a laundry service to us to change the sheets and provide new towels. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it was fully loaded. The only thing I will complain about is the bed not being very comfortable and the sheets kept coming off even when I would put them back in place.

Miriam’s place is beautiful. It’s a beach front condo in a resort property so there is security that made us feel safe. Finding the condo was a little tricky but Miriam gave us step by step instructions on how to locate it. Once inside the condo, the view from the balcony was beautiful! The condo has everything you need for a comfortable & relaxing stay. The king size bed was absolutely comfortable! I love how she has beach chairs & an umbrella available for us to use! Definitely a nice touch. Miriam was very friendly and communicative. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this location to anyone!

It's very small and cozy, very practical to tell the truth, great location for the price, my intention was to go to the Cancun center, so I'm staying super well, 6 min walk

This place is really good and deserves 5 stars. The place is very tastefully designed, with the finishes, furniture and small details in keeping with a luxury apartment. The balcony is awesome, with a very good size for up to 4 people to comfortably enjoy the excellent view. The pool is SPECTACULAR! It's 40 meters long and 1.50 meters deep! Ideal for people who like to swim long distances and the water temperature was quite good. Finally, the check-in and check-out process was super easy, and being autonomous, it is very convenient, especially for people who have to arrive or leave in the late hours of the night or early morning since there is always a person at the reception 24/7 ready to welcome you.

The most attentive hosts I've ever had. The apartment is beautiful and feels very luxurious and comfortable...superb double blackout blinds. The staff in the apartment block are really helpful and friendly.

The place is so nice and clean,have an aircon and electric fan. The pool is just for you. Like 3mins walk to Mercado 28. The location is in Downtown Cancun quite far to the beaches, mybe 13km away. Saul, the host is very responsive, he made an effort to suggest places and things to do with links and complete details.

This apartment was absolutely fantastic! The décor and furnishings were beautiful—stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully chosen. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the space was fully stocked with all the essentials we needed for a perfect stay. The view from the balcony was stunning, and we spent a lot of time just soaking it in. One of the highlights was the outdoor pool—although it was shared with the building, it was large, clean, and never crowded, so it still felt relaxing and private. The host was incredibly helpful and gave us a list of excellent restaurant recommendations. We tried every one of them, and they were all in great locations with surprisingly affordable prices. I would 100% stay here again on my next trip—highly recommend!

This was a beautiful apartment in a good location. The only caveat that I have for others is that the outside noise can be overwhelming for some as it is on a main road. This is out of the owner's control. Other than that, it was a really nice apartment to stay at and very comfortable.

Juan's apartment is really beautiful. I went with my family and we all loved it. Everything was very nice, clean and very well-equipped, but above all, the ocean view. Beach and pool access. It's a family atmosphere and very peaceful, I highly recommend it and I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was excellent

We enjoyed our stay here! We booked last minute and everything was ready and even was available for early check-in that day if needed. The location is very nice along the north part of the Hotel zone with easy access to restaurants along the strip or in the city. The grounds are beautiful, not too big and so the pool was very close, and the beach was just past it! The beach was as others describe- very calm, shallow for a long ways and perfect for little ones or relaxing in the water! There are designated swimming areas marked off. This is a two bedroom hotel room and, like others have mentioned, the entrance opens into the first room. The bathroom is between the two bedrooms and there are doors separating each space. There is a door separating these rooms to the unit next door, which you can hear very easily through. Everything was clean, no bugs, and water pressure was good. The shower is a rain shower head, which may be why some have noted lower water pressure.

Simply spectacular. I had read a negative comment that made me doubt, but I decided to rent it because of the location, price and photos... and I'm so glad I did!!! The apartment is impeccable, smells delicious, is very tastefully decorated and has absolutely everything you need to be comfortable and relaxed. The cleanliness is a 10: everything was bright, the mattresses are impeccable and very comfortable, and the place is so quiet that you can't hear anything at all. I slept like never before, the room has a huge TV with access to several apps, a total plus. The bathroom is beautiful, it smells delicious and every detail is lovingly cared for. The kitchen is super-equipped, and upon arrival there were complimentary drinks: a nice touch that is very much appreciated. Natty is a sweetheart and makes sure you have an unforgettable stay. The truth is, I regret not staying more nights. I highly recommend it, don't be swayed by the bad comment, it doesn't reflect anything about this place!!!

This was my second time staying at Nancy’s place. I love that it’s clean and modern, Steps to pool/beach and groceries, and safe with security. Nancy is the best host - she arranged pickup and drop off to the airport for me. This is a hidden gem for anyone looking to enjoy Cancun - I’ll definitely be back a third time!

I was very relieved by the polite handling. The building seemed to be a famous building that locals knew about.The security was good, so I had a very safe stay. Also, they handled questions politely, and I had a pleasant stay.Thank you again for everything.

Eric is a great host, he met me for check in and gave a tour. Also bid farewell at checkout. The place is as described with fast WiFi allowing for remote work, with a desk in the main bedroom. The AC works well in the bedroom and the water pressure is great. Not much traffic on street so pretty quiet, and Ubers are affordable.

An extremely good apartment very clean and above all with everything you need for accommodation, I highly recommend it and hope to be able to rent it again later 🫶🏻

We had a wonderful stay at Cusho’s home in Cancun! The location was perfect—peacefully tucked away from the hustle of the hotel zone, yet still central and convenient to everything we needed. Cusho’s team, especially Elsi and Carlos, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Cusho and Louise were incredibly responsive and attentive to any questions or needs we had throughout our trip. We were traveling with a toddler, and they were so accommodating—helping us coordinate baby gear rental before our arrival, which made a huge difference. It truly felt like they thought of everything. We would absolutely love to return to Cancun and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. This was one of the best—if not the best—Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had!

Everything is fine. Some minor cleaning details, such as the curtains. For everything else, very good. The beach is steps away. The restaurants across the street are very good. The Oxxo is within walking distance.
