House vacation rentals in Horsham

We had a lovely time at Sophie’s place. It was warm and homely and perfect for what we needed. We were a family group with a mix of ages and it was just right for everyone. The pool was a great source of fun for the kids, while the adults enjoyed snooker. The garden is stunning and was full of autumnal colours. We were even greeted by deer one night! The rooms suited our group with enough space for everyone (and enough bathrooms!) The house is in walking distance of pubs and beautiful woodland walks yet still very private. We had a lovely week and would definitely come back again. Thank you!!

Great place to stay, good communication and instructions for check in.

We had a fantastic stay at the barn this November. Michelle was a great communicator for any questions I had which made the whole process effortless. The owners are lovely and the barn exactly as described. Hoping to return in the Summer to be able to take advantage of the pool.

We celebrated a 60th birthday here and had a fab time. The place was very clean and comfortable, beautiful grounds and we especially enjoyed the spa, which was top quality. Close to some great walks and drive to stunning Whitterings beach.

A really special house that was perfect for our multi-generational family group. The location on the beach is stunning, the house comfortable, really spacious and grounds lovely. The kids and adults loved the swings on the terrace, and the pool was a huge hit and such a fun novelty for a special birthday weekend. Easy to walk to a couple of local restaurants and the beach is peaceful. Would go back!

Such a lovely place to stay. Really clean, cosy and homely. Beautiful gardens. Kevin and Debbie are wonderful hosts, they are friendly and so helpful. Made us very welcome and even left a gift of treats for our dog. Will definitely be booking again.

Great place off the beaten track, which was perfect for a quiet, private retreat. Jess and Johnathan were great hosts throughout, responsive when needed but otherwise non-intrusive. Definitely will be looking to stay here again!

Perfect! It was just what a friend and I needed for a getaway to London and surrounding areas. The proximity to the train station was especially important to us. Calley is the ideal host, anticipating our needs and providing much more. Would love a second visit someday!

Julie and Martin were the perfect hosts, quick to respond to questions in a friendly way but otherwise left me to get on with my stay. The house was lovely, the neighbours were friendly. When the oven broke it Julie and Martin responded really quickly and it was very quickly replaced without any hassle. Clear instructions from connecting to the wifi through to how to recycle and when the bins go out. Shame it was raining and I couldn’t sit out in the pretty garden. Being able to park in front of the garage next to the front door is a real asset. The shower over the bath was vey good and easy to use. As I stayed for nearly a month having a full working kitchen made it feel like a home from home. Being able to have my cats with me made the stay all the more enjoyable.

This is our third stay at the Oast House and it didn’t disappoint! Roni is a great host, super helpful and responsive with lots of great local recommendations. The house is really cosy, warm, comfortable and homely. Thank you for having us hopefully we will come again!

Had a lovely stay at Lizzie’s orchard room- it’s perfect for 2 for a quiet weekend! Lizzie was fab the whole way, helping me with directions when I got lost finding the place in the dark! 100% would stay again, thank you!

What a perfect stay at Ivy Cottage - characterful and cosy, perfect for our old schoolfriends' get-together. The cottage is so thoughtfully decorated, giving it real traditional charm while also being very well kitted out with spotless and up to date facilities. We loved sitting around the log fire catching up! - and Susan and Peter were the perfect hosts, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

What a lovely place The Nest is. A great location, which is very peaceful and quiet and perfect for getting to Goodwood. It is very clean, welcoming and comfortable with everything you need to hand. Great communication with Sally, from the initial booking to our arrival and departure. The breakfast was delicious and very relaxed having it delivered and setup for us to enjoy in the flat, and a great way to finish our stay there. Thank you!

The accommodation exceeded what we expected from the photos. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for a nice relaxing weekend. We would recommend this to anyone The Host was very responsive and gave clear instructions for check in and how to use everything in the property. We will definitely be returning

Our family had the best stay at Ricky and Marilyn’s place. Our kids loved the playground and space to run and play. The house was clean and comfortable. Ricky and Marilyn were the best hosts, greeting us personally when we arrived and showing us around, leaving fresh eggs from the hens for us to use, a sweet gift of fresh flowers and a card for my daughter’s birthday and quick to answer any questions we had. They were kind enough to even wave us off goodbye when we left. We felt like we were staying on family property (without feeling intrusive either). It’s truly a gem of a place!

Happy with our stay. We needed a bit extra heat but that was handles promptly by the owners. Nice and private, but you need a good satnav to locate it as there is a maze of roads House was comfortable and well equiped - good to see dishwasher tablets and washing machine powder (something lacking in many places). Only real improvement would be to have proper shower in the main bathroom to save queues for the ensuite.

Great place and location for a girlie weekend of shopping in nearby towns and really early flight departure as only 10 mins drive from airport. Would stay again.
