Lincoln was brilliant. Quick to respond to messages. Straightforward check in process. Location was good for us to explore the city by foot. The apartment was very clean. Lots of restaurants nearby. The flat was fantastic for our family of 5, a lot of attention to detail and care was given to the presentation of the space. We will definitely stay again.

Absolutely lovely place to stay! Trudy and Bob were both so welcoming (as was Cooper the cat!) super friendly & gave us such a warm welcome on arrival! The place is lovely, super clean & comfortable! They were both so accommodating for our visit & even got some puzzles and books out for my daughter, which was so thoughtful! Thank you so much for having us & would 100% recommend. Lovely home, super lovely hosts & a beautiful location!

I needed someone to relax in peace and quiet to write. I couldn’t have picked a more perfect location. With a lovely view of my own private little garden with mature trees and in the quietest little hamlet just south of Aylsham, 30 mins drive from Norwich. The first day I went for a little evening walk by the river, or rather a kind of small river delta with little meter wide channels wending across a grassy plain, and saw a swan gliding along the water at sunset. The usual supermarkets and other shops in Aylsham and a mini M&S minutes away at a Shell garage on the A140. The Burgh valley railway is close by but as it’s a little miniature steam train this can only add to the ambience with a gentle toot-tooting every now and then. Kate and her partner Simon were the perfect hosts. 10/10.

I took my two kids to stay at Moat Island for a couple of nights during Half Term whilst we visited relatives nearby. It was the perfect mid-point location, but also felt like a special and memorable site. The bell tents are cosy and warm, and the composting toilet next to ours was the nicest I’ve ever used. I found myself going to it repeatedly when I only needed to walk about 20m more to get to the plumbed indoor ones! We enjoyed having a communal kitchen area, as it allowed us to chat to a few our ‘neighbours’. The outdoor pond/pool was utterly freezing, but worth a dip. And thankfully the nearby showers were gloriously warm.

Me & my partner stayed here with our our toddler for 4 nights & had such a lovely time! The apartment is in a beautiful setting - managing to feel rural but also within walking distance of the village of London (with further connections available there). We found The Loft to actually feel larger than the pictures make it seem which was a nice surprise - the whole place is thoughtfully furnished & very practical as well as charming. The things that made this place special were little touches such as the homemade bread, jam & fresh eggs waiting on arrival & also Martin's warm welcome. Would definitely recommend this place for a couple looking to explore the Broads, Norwich & the other attractions Norfolk has to offer!

Brilliant apartment on a quiet street only a few moments walk from the hustle and bustle of the town centre and sea front. Immaculately clean and beautifully modern, had everything we needed as a family of 4 with young children.

Nick was a great host who gave clear instructions of where to park and also how to get into the property. The welcome pack of bread, milk, butter and a bottle of wine was thoughtful and for everything else there's a Coop across the road. It's an easy walk to some great local real ale pubs or into the city centre and everything it has to offer.

Delightful accommodation for 2. Completely private with own front door. Beautifully decorated and very homely. Peaceful with outlook over countryside, yet only a short distance to A14. Great location for the Wedding Reception we went to at Ravenwood Hall. Maria could not have been more helpful.

The Loft was the perfect stay for our Easter break with the children. The space is cosy, practical and comfortable - it has a really nice feel about it! The local area was great for local pubs/ play areas/ book shop and coffee/ walks and bike rides. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the children did not want to come home. The chocolate brownies and Easter nests were a lovely touch on arrival! Thank you so much for having us ☺️

we had a lovely stay. The apartment was very homely and very close to everything. Its a beautiful place snd we highly recommend it.

Great lodge with good facilities. I had read another review about the size of the towels, especially if using the hot tub so we took our own. Other than that everything was fab.

The Weld is absolutely stunning! It’s such a lovely place. The quality is unbelievable. Perfect location and everything you need. Lovely being part of Byfords as well. Nice little complementary voucher for Tea and cake at Byfords for our stay and lovely local bread left for us. Everything was perfect. Would definately stay again!

This property was very clean throughout. Overall a very well thought out home with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those weekend cooking great food with family and friends. With both a comfortable snug around the log burner downstairs and a lovely airy sitting room upstairs with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, there’s plenty of space to enjoy your time here. A notable mention to how comfortable the beds were at Pelican Lodge. It has gated, off road parking for 2 cars, while the rear garden is secure so you can let the dog roam worry free. The wood fired hot tub and kamado bbq completed what we thought was a brilliant home for the weekend. Would 100% recommend.

Anna’s was such a wonderful place to stay for a few days. Very private and quiet, but close to so many attractions if one decided to be adventurous. The space was clean, warm and welcoming. And the hot tub was just the icing on the cake after a long day exploring. We would definitely stay here again and happily recommend to friends and family.

Amazing stay at the Loft in Thorndon! Very relaxing location and atmosphere, especially in the hot tub! Lots of local recommendations, we particularly enjoyed the Black Horse pub! Overall amazing stay and would definitely recommend!
