Relax with the family in quiet and bright surroundings, in a lovely family neighborhood. The house is 207 m2. Among other things, there is a large and spacious kitchen-living room, a lovely living room, 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is surrounded by a nice garden with large terrace area and several cozy nooks. If you want to play, you can take a walk on the trampoline. Architect-designed villa of 220 m2 with lots of room for the whole family. The villa is located next to a protected forest and a common area with a rental space and a soccer field. There are 4 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 single beds. 2 nice bathrooms and 2 living rooms on separate floors. Lovely kitchen with dining area for 6 people. The house is divided into 4 levels. Bedding and towels can be ordered and settled directly ( 50, - per person). Write if desired. Electricity consumption is settled at checkout (3.5 DKK/Kw)

A large, spacious, and older renovated "Pippihus" with many nooks and levels, as well as a cozy garden with a fireplace and fire pit. The house is centrally located and the bedroom terrace offers great views of small protected woodland and up towards the city. Shopping and downtown is just a few minutes' walk away, with a small strip/pedestrian street, shops, restaurants, and cinema. Public transport is also only a few minutes away. One of East Jutland's best and very child-friendly beach with lifeguard is only 7 km from here.

Tag familien med til denne fantastiske bolig med masser af plads til sjov og udeliv i den store aflukkede have. Odder Centrum ligger 5min kørsel fra villaen og har alt hvad du har behov for. I byen er bowlingcenter, biograf, restauranter og take away, supermarkeder og en gågade. Østjyllands bedste badestrand ligger kun 10mins kørsel væk og Norsminde havn 15min. Århus 30km, hvor du kan gå på shopping, MOMU, ARoS og Den Gamle By. Der er indenfor ca. 1times kørsel Legoland og Mols Nationalpark

Newly restored villa with soul and sea view 150 meters from the city beach Langelinie in Horsens, and 2 km from the center on a closed private road. Secluded garden with cozy courtyard environment. Family friendly, bright, and beautiful home. If you are into the outdoors, there is a new, large shelter with a large mattres, as well as rich activity opportunities on Langelinie, eg beach volleyball and bathing jetty. Fantastic location in East Jutland close to eg Legoland, Givskud Zoo and Aarhus.
