Family friendly, bright, and beautiful home. If you are into the outdoors, there is a new, large shelter with a large mattres, as well as rich activity opportunities on Langelinie, eg beach volleyball and bathing jetty. Fantastic location in East Jutland close to eg Legoland, Givskud Zoo and Aarhus.

From the upper floor there is a fantastic view to the east over the sea / west over fields. 150 meters to the nearest shopping during the summer period. In Odder, which is 5 km away, there is a large variety of shopping. The beach can be reached in only a few minutes walk. (300 m)

Velkommen til vores smukke bolig med udsigt til sø, skov og marker fra alle rum. Huset ligger i udkanten af en meget hyggelig landsby med gadekær og blot 20 min. fra Århus og 50 min. til Legoland og Givskud. Huset har mange charmerende detaljer, det er rummeligt og velegnet til børnefamilier. Udendørs er en stor træterrasse med grill og flere siddegrupper, drivhus og hængekøje, trampolin, klatre- og gyngestativ, rutsjebane, legehus, sandkasse og bålplads i haven. Velkommen!

Caretaker's Cottage - Countryside charm - Great for outdoor activities - Huge garden with wooden terraces. This home is a traditional Danish cottage built in 1920 in what is now a preserved area of lake and forest. It has been renovated over the past years keeping in line with the charm of the original building. The house used to be home to the caretaker of the old, roman church that can be seen across the lake from the house. It's a two-story house of 120 sq. meters.

A calm lake reflects the sky filled with fluffy clouds, with a wooden dock extending into the water. A distant shoreline is visible, contributing to the serene atmosphere of the natural landscape.

Lækker villa i et skønt familiekvarter

Huset er på 190 m2 og bygget i maj 2017. Der er et stort og lyst køkken-alrum, samt en dejlig stue. Der er tv og wifi, og har man brug for lidt luft, kan man nyde den dejlige terrasse ude i haven og evt. springe på trampolinen, hvis man har lyst. Huset er omringet af naboer med børn i alderen 2-15 år. Der er flere grønne områder med skov og natur, og ønsker man vand og strand, ligger det ca. 3.7 km fra huset. Ønsker man at cykle, stiller vi gerne vores cykler til rådighed.

Hyggeligt træhus med stor naturskøn have

Nyd roen på landet i et hyggelig træhus i svensk stil med overdækket terrasse. Huset ligger ugeneret med stor have ud til markerne. Her er rig mulighed for afslapning for de voksne og leg for børnene. Placeringen er centralt i Østjylland. Under 30 min. kørsel til Århus og alle dens seværdigheder. I modsat retning ligger Legoland og Lego House med masser af sjov for børnene. Der er desuden 8 min. i bil til Østjyllands bedste badestrand og til den hyggelige Marina i Hou.

Nice and well maintained second floor apartment 100 m². In Horsens. short driving distance to Vejle, Billund and Aarhus. There is four bedrooms each with two individual 200cm beds (8 beds) Bright and nice sofa area and a place to eat. Nice bathroom with shower. Long-term and short-term guests are welcome.
