Karen's place is a fantastic place to stay in the centre of York. clean comfortable. We would certainly recommend it.

Fantastic flat in a great location within easy walking distance of Peasholm Park and North Bay. Lots of great touches in this comfortable apartment and plenty of room for 2 x families of 4. Plenty of parking on the doorstep, just use the discs provided. Mark was a great host and so easy to contact. We'll definitely look to use again.

Great location. Near to York station, several bars, shops, supermarket, cinema, restaurants and even a Wetherspoons. Bonus was a large allocated parking space.

Extremely beautiful space. We could tell upon entering that the space was treated and decorated with love and care. The location was extremely convenient for our time exploring York and there were clear manuals and instructions provided in case we needed to use any of the electronics.

We had a great time in our first to York and we will definitely be back to see more. Mark and Donna have a lovely flat in an ideal location for the visit. The car park was secure and we could do our trips into York on foot. The only disappointment was that the ev chargers were broken and so we had to drive and find a charger elsewhere. This is, of course, not their responsibility and would not deter us from staying again. Their flat is bright and airy and beautifully decorated. The Welcome pack was very comprehensive and helpful, as was their email with instructions on how to get there and check in. All their emails were friendly and helpful. Thank you.

The apartment was stunning, beautifully decorated and so spacious and comfortable. Everything you could want was supplied and it’s in a perfect location for exploring York on foot. Carole was so kind to let us check in early and leave later which was a huge benefit. Also right by the train station. We felt so at home and didn’t want to leave, would definitely recommend and return.

This is a comfortable flat with lovely views over the river Esk. Easy to walk into the centre of Whitby with plenty of pubs and restaurants close by. It was well equipped, clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely stay at Dawn's house in York. It's perfectly located for the railway museum and walkable into the city centre even with a toddler. Would highly recommend if you're looking for somewhere to stay to explore York.

Perfect accommodation for our girls weekend in an excellent location just minutes from all that York has to offer. Quiet, attractive and secure location. Nice touch to have welcome snacks ready and the added bonus of plenty of ice in the freezer for our arrival drinks!

I would highly recommend Lisa's place to anyone visiting Cleethorpes. The house was immaculate on our arrival. It's more spacious than we expected and there was loads of storage. There was lots of little touches which made it really child friendly (plastic plates etc) and dog friendly (cage, bowls). Plus some biscuits for us and our 4 legged friend. There are some local shops / takeaways at the end of the road. the sea front is literally 2 minutes away and a few more minutes walk gets you to tge centre of Cleethorpes.

Great stay at Michael’s place. Very private, quiet area. Space for our dog and just an excellent home away from Home experience. Ideal distance from York centre in a car. Thanks Michael.

We had a wonderful family stay. The house was spotless with excellently sized rooms. The house was fully kitted with everything we could need and is very handy to walk into the local lovely town with quaint shops, a church and takeaways and pubs. Thank you, we'd certainly recommend a stay!

From check in to when we left was 100% perfect, definitely be rebooting to stay again. Highly recommend

From booking our stay at Ashley’s apartment right through to check-out, our experience was excellent. Ashley was always responsive when we had a question both before and during our visit. The apartment was perfect for what we needed: clean, modern and within a 15 minute walk of York’s key landmarks, such as the cathedral and the Shambles. An absolute gem and would definitely look to book again when we next visit York. Thank you Ash for a wonderful stay!

Dagi and Chris were superlative hosts. They reached out shortly after my check-in to ensure everything was good (it was!). When I had difficulty locating something, Chris dropped by almost immediately to assist. They haven’t neglected anything in the extra touches: from the arrival chocolates to the breakfast pastries and cereals and milk, to the coffee, to the facial wipes, everything reflected thoughtfulness on their part. The flat itself is perfectly situated. It’s less than five minutes to walk to a local grocery store, only ten minutes to The Shambles as well as to a well-stocked M and S, and under 15 minutes to The Minister.

Thank you Matthew & Evita, what a lovely place to stay. Very close to the centre of York and easily walkable. Helpful and responsive to our questions and queries as well. Microwave, hob, oven, fridge, even a washing machine! Lots of useful things for your stay. Super comfy bed and super large! Just as a side note for future bookers, the shower isn't very high, so if you are 6ft plus you will struggle to shower upright. But other than that we would definitely recommend!

Fantastic stay, honestly a 9.8 out of 10. Pro's: - 5 min walk to the shop and 7 min walk to the pub. 25 min walk to town or 8 min drive. - Spacious, lots of room to relax - The kitchen had every utensil: microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, even spices!! - The living room was cosy and Vic left a small bottle of prosecco for us (very kind) - Massive mirrors and a very comfortable bed - Extra towels and sheets - Large shower, decent pressure Con's - The shower heat couldn't be adjusted - perhaps a small fix? - Wifi is a little slow if you want to watch films or videos, but not a major issue Would recommend and stay again.

Brilliant position, quick walk into the centre of York and all its attractions. Super comfy and clean, perfect space for 2 couples. Plus the benefit of free onsite parking in secure garage - big enough to fit our Ford Ranger. Thank you Chris.

Very nice ground floor flat in a gated setting. Close to lots of amenities like the train station, supermarket, restaurants and takeaways. Five minute walk to Micklegate so all of York city centre is accessible easily by foot! Secure parking was great - we didn’t use the car once and felt safe leaving it for a week! Comfortable and clean apartment with all the facilities you would need - a great base for the week! Amanda was a great host - very responsive and knowledgeable (she recommended some fun activities for us and our kids). Would definitely recommend as a base to explore York! (or even further as getting back out by road was very easy!)
