Such a perfect spot for our queens KC get-away! The space was clean, comfortable, and perfectly walkable to good restaurants, bars, and parks. The rooftop especially was such a great spot to bring a bottle of wine and enjoy an unexpectedly good view of the city.

A modern kitchen is showcased with stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, and stove. Open shelving is complemented by cabinets in contrasting colors. A spiral staircase leads to the upper level, with wooden steps adding warmth to the sleek design.

I would rate the place a 4.5 out of 5 stars, but I would give it a five based exclusively on the responsiveness of the host to all of our requests. The location is good and walkable to all of downtown Birmingham, including the science center across the street. We had a nice stay, and although the parking situation was a little confusing, clear directions from the host made this easy to navigate. Aside from the walls between units being a little thin, I would highly recommend this place very sheik loft to anyone looking for a different kind of experience.

A spacious outdoor pool area features a large swimming pool bordered by inviting lounge chairs. Umbrellas provide shade for guests, and greenery enhances the surrounding space. A wooden deck adds a natural element, creating a comfortable environment for relaxation.

The unit was decorated nicely and well appointed. I appreciated the extra attention to details such as a magnifying mirror on the bathrooms, the filtered water in the fridge, and the extra plush towels, to name a few. Great location with a grocery store across the street. Benjamin was easy to contact.

Mark had a great spot here with very thoughtful touches like the scavenger hunt that our three (3) kids loved. There were so many bedrooms here and places to explore within this great house that I felt like you could sleep in a different bed or use a different bathroom each night there were so many! :) For our family of 5 and my mom, it was so much space and worked out just right for a short weekend! We would definitely stay here again and maybe invite another couple families to come stay.

Don’t wait just book. Raquel and Christopher were amazing. We actually arrived at the wrong building (no fault of theirs) and they stayed on the phone until we made it to our building and stayed on until we made it inside of our apartment! They were absolutely the BEST!!! The apartment is beautiful and the backdrop to a great weekend in Birmingham!

Britney's unit 402 in the Theater Lofts was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and exceptionally well equipped. We walked to the Legacy Arena for the NCAA women's Sweet Sixteen and Elite Eight rounds of the March Madness basketball tournament and at all times felt safe.

I've stayed in many airbnb's all over the country, interacted with most of the host, and this is by far the best experience. The place is 100% as described. I had questions and sent an email at 1 am, and communicated that I didn't expect a response until the next morning, then put my phone away. He responded right away and also followed up the next morning. Due to lack of sleep, I needed more hand holding than usual and Marvin decided it was best to call. He was clear, friendly, and personable. I felt like I've known him all my life! My last question to him was if he managed airbnb's anywhere else in the country. Marvin is prepared and flexible. I can go on and on! There's no name to describe this property and host-"super host" isn't it, "guest favorite" isn't it. Thank you Marvin for such an amazing experience!

Location was great for what we were in town for! Great views and very clean. Only hang up was the confusion with getting key and getting in. Kathleen was fast in responding and getting situation taken care of.

The location is close to everything without any issues with city noise while trying to rest. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The on-site gated parking is a huge benefit, and I felt my car was safe downstairs. A great option if you’re staying in Birmingham.

Had a little hiccup in the beginning but Kathleen stepped right in and made things right. Property was located mins away from restaurants which made grabbing food easy. The property definitely gave a home feeling, quiet and cozy I can't wait to book with her again.

The location completely met our needs and was as described. The house was beautiful, spacious and set with great amenities. Cordell was very responsive, excellent with communications and made our overall experience pleasant. We definitely recommend this property and any managed by Cordell.

Cute, quaint, quiet, sparkling clean home with LOTS of space. It was very clean and well located. The hosts were communicative and check in was super easy. There were huge tvs in every room and each bed was comfortable and well apportioned. It's in a very peaceful neighborhood and it has both a front porch, a back deck and a little sitting area with a hot tub outside.
