The stable house is a (Tiny) cottage, partly built in the old barn. You almost literally sleep in the stables!! The cottage offers privacy and has its own terrace (also covered). Your terrace is adjacent to a meadow where horses can stand. If you wish, you can also bring your own horse and stable it with us (indoors and/or outdoors). Nieuwleusen is located in the Vecht valley with villages such as Dalfsen and Ommen. The city center of Zwolle is a 15-minute drive away, Giethoorn is a half-hour drive away.

Guesthouse Pleegste is a wooden garden house in the outskirts of Raalte with a cozy porch with wood stove. You will look out over the meadows. With a private entrance, it offers a lot of privacy. The guesthouse consists of one large room of 30 m² (heated by central heating), with a sitting and dining area, a kitchenette (fridge, 2-burner induction hob, combi-microwave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, etc. ) and a double box spring . This farming village is located near Zwolle and right next to the estate "Den Alerdinck". From the cabin you can walk or bike to the freely accessible forests of this estate. The cabin itself was made entirely of recycled materials. It has its own entrance, parking space and private garden where you can enjoy the birds, rabbits and squirrel.

Parking for one car is available. This apartment will be located in the downstairs floor of the boathouse. Be awared that the boat is divided into two living units that independent from each other will functionate (with every unit having his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom).
